Everything was fine until I received the ring.
Wonderful customer service but . . .
There are 3 pearls which have some metal support but are probably glued. This was mentioned in another review and had I read it I wouldn't have bought this ring.
It seems that everything that's more than 10 years - in general) old is "vintage"- or pre-owned. It's very shiny and looks new I don't know whether this ring is or isn't. It could be from the 80's.

This was a gift for Mother's Day and it's the best gift that I have received in 16 years,
Glad that it was the 1.5 carat, the quality of the gold and stone is exceptional, I love the engraving inside also. 🥰
The way the ring was packaged it honestly blew me away. I removed the first layer in the box a month later and I was so surprised.

Engagement ring used differently
I had experience many years ago with the purchase from Angara USA of a ring for my wife to celebrate 50 years of marriage. So now at 60 years I used Angara in Australia. The ring featured 6 diamonds and a birthstone so it was easy for each diamond to be one decade and the birthstone made it personal.
I have found Angara to be totally accurate in the catalogue words and illustrations. Delivery is sent with correct tracking and for me arrived 3 days prior to prediction. I have NO hesitation in recommending Angara as reliable, responsible and a pleasure to purchase from.

I've bought several rings from Angara in the past three years. They offered a discount but wouldn’t give it to me in the payment screen. I entered a chat and they continually asked me questions about the ring that is on their website, as if they had no clue what I was talking about. They told me they wouldn’t give me the discount until I placed the order. Who would place an order for a ring over $2000 without knowing the bottom line price? They treated me like I was stupid. I will never, ever, ever go on this website again and I recommend that you do not either. In my opinion, they are crooks and they may screw you at every turn.

Don't trust this company, you'll regret it
Don't trust this site with your most important moments. They will disregard their own timelines and verbal guarantees and not even bother to let you know.
They will change the timelines from what was promised and not send an update.
I ordered a Mother's Day present that was within their own "countdown to Mother's Day" window and got confirmations - both online and verbally via my sales rep that it would be delivered on time.
When I heard no updates on my order, Nathan nonchalantly tells me it'll be delivered 1-2 days late. No explanation given, no regard for the fallout. Had I not contacted them I wouldn't have even known or been updated. Barbara Stein is a wonderful person but apologies only go so far - ultimately I'm left out to dry with no time to find a solution. This business is not to be trusted with your most important moments.
***asking for more detail when I literally mentioned Barbara by name shows how unserious you are. Ask her.
