I purchased a case through Amazon and a primary motivator was the 2 year warranty. After 7 months the mag safe ring snapped off under light use conditions. I followed Amazon’s instructions and contacted Andobil via the link Amazon provided, sending a photo of the case as requested. There was no reply. I followed up and sent an email directly to Andobil providing the same information, no reply. I did this all again, via Amazon and via email. Four emails, zero response from Andobil. They do not want to honor their claim of a 2 year warranty. Avoid this company. The warranty is a lie.

Excellent customer service. This company sells things like mobile phone holders for cars. They swapped one for me within 24 hours even though it was a month outside of the guarantee.

Previously I had bought the Andobil mobile phone dash board and screen mount - the apckage also included a vent mount. Recently Andobil have developed an improved vent mount which has clamp and hook to securely hold the phone mount in the vent - and it works. Having bought the previous mount I got in touch with andobil to ask if they could send a new vent mount for my existing phone mount - a week later the replacement mount arrived free of charge and I have been able to now use both of the mounts. Excellent customer service.
