The delay in delivering the products to you is very unfortunate. We have to rely on our suppliers and the information we get from them. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate unpredictable delays in production or in delivery on their behalf. We try to inform you the best we can with the information we have.
Regarding the payment, we only ever withdraw the money from our customers when we ship off the order, unless you pay by bank transfer. When you pay with credit card or PayPal, the amount is only pending until we ship off the order from our warehouse.
The Credit Note you have received is a confirmation from us, proving the cancelling of your order and the cancelling of the pending payment in PayPal.

I absolutely love my Gubi light but I think you need to make customers aware that if they are based in the UK there will be import duties to pay. It felt a little dishonest that you did not make clear that the light was coming from Denmark so that the price quoted on the website was not a true price.

In regards to import duties you should not be charged anything. We have a local company registered in UK, which handles import duties.
Please send an email and we will look into the duties you have been charged wrongfully and get it fixed.
AndLight ship to the UK including tariffs without our customer to be held reliable.

Return package for 30€ to Denmark package „got lost“; loss of 580€; no goodwill at all!
Update vom 12.11.2022: Da die Lampe trotz richtiger Rücksendeadresse scheinbar nicht bei andlight ankam, sind 550€ für die Lampe und 30€ Rücksendekosten einfach weg. Keinerlei Kulanz und Entgegenkommen von andlight!
Rücksendung für 30€ nach Dänemark. Und vier Wochen nach Rücksendung warte ich immer noch auf die Erstattung.
Update from 12th November: Despite I returned the lamp to the right address, it seems to have not arrived at andlight. I am now suffering a loss of 550€ for the lamp plus 30€ for sending it back. No goodwill at all from andlight.
Return to Denmark for 30€. And Four weeks after the Return I am still waiting for the refund.

Unable to deliver anything !
Ordered 3 lamps (Kartell - 1200 €) on the 30/12/2020.
Items were supposed to be "available" and delivered within 4 days.
We are on the 1/2/2021. No lamps.
After delivery was postponed 3 times, I received yesterday an email announcing a new delivery date: 02-03-2021.
Customer service unavailable.
Worst experience ever.
