My chair arrived on time and without damage. The box it was shipped in was of excellent quality and packed perfectly. I'm impressed with the construction and materials of the chair, superior quality compared to my last. Very satisfied. Looking forward to years of comfort.

Awesome chair, very comfortable and looks great.

After waiting weeks for my chair to arrive, it was completely the wrong chair. A lime green chair. In working with your support department it was a 24 hour turn around on all our communications as it seems they are not based in the US and are somewhere on the other side of the world. They did get, what I hope is the correct chair sent out quickly after a couple of communications though, which I appreciate.

The seat is mostly great, comfy cushions, size is good, most controls are good.
The biggest problem i have is with the chair lowered all the way down, and the arm rest all of the way down it does not fit under my desk which is a standard pc desk from newegg. The second problem is the lumbar is bottom 5 vertebrae,i can almost get it down from my thoracic vertebrae but not even close to where i need it comfortable which is basically the bottom 12 to 16 inches of the back rest.

The chair arrived in perfect shape and was easy to put together.

Received my Kaiser 3e chair today. Shipping was fast, only 3 business days. Easy to assemble, only took 15 minutes. Chair seems to be built well and is comfortable for me. i'm 5'10 225 and the XL is a perfect fit for me.

The chair got to me at a reasonable time. Only down side is the backrest was damaged when I got it. However dealing with customer service was amazing. They were able to send a new backrest out ASAP.
I would recommend for a good quality chair and great customer service!

All around, very fast shipping and ease of ordering process. The X air is a great chair for my gaming, and it's very comfy.

slow processing of shipping, slow shipping. wrong chair arrived. slow customer service. Have no idea if the chair is any good because I have not gotten the one I ordered yet.

Adna has a great chair. I bought the Kaiser 3 xl back in 2023 and it’s still lasting me long. I once had the tilt mechanism break and they gladly replaced it without any issues. They make sure their customers are good to go.

The chair is fabulous! I have a short torso so finding a chair I could work from comfortably with L4-L5 pain was paramount. I love how my Phantom 4 Pro is quickly adjustable to any desired position to support my back. It was easy to assemble after watching videos. The magnetic head rest is a game-changer for me; I didn’t realize how much my neck and shoulders needed it. My only complaint was being given a ghost “delivered” text that was later rectified after multiple emails to finally inform me the shipment was actually back ordered! I had to wait another month to get my chair. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Ordering process and delivery was fantastic. The seat is of MUCH higher quality than I was expecting, which makes the price seem more worth it than the regular alternative chairs you find for less than this one. I actually do find the Lumbar extension useful. I was thinking I wouldn't be using it that much, but I have found myself enjoying it. The arm rests are easy to swivel and seem to be very sturdy and useful. This chair feels like it will last quite a while, and I couldn't be happier with it. BTW, this is for the anda seat kaiser 4 v2 chair.

The seat is excellent. The lumbar support is a thing of beauty (thanks to the Anatomy Lab for recommending it). While waiting for the chair, backordered, wasn't much fun, once it had shipped it showed up quickly. The instructions were very clear and concise and the materials are very high quality.

The lumbar support for the Kaiser 3 is a joke. Feels like I have a rod showed into my back. Does not matter what i do to the customisations. Horrible chair.

I ordered an AndaSeat chair and simply needed an invoice for a work expense report. What followed was one of the worst customer support experiences I've had.

Over 2+ weeks, I contacted support multiple times and opened 5 separate Zendesk tickets. Every single response was the same copy-paste non-answer: "the order confirmation has been sent to your email, please check it." I never received anything — not in my inbox, not in spam.

My employer wouldn't accept a printed order page from the website. I needed a proper invoice. Support could not — or would not — provide one despite repeated requests.

The most egregious part: when I finally left a negative review on Trustpilot, AndaSeat's priority was to ask me to delete my review — not once, but twice — rather than actually solving my problem. They never sent the invoice.

The chair itself is great. But if you ever need post-purchase support, expect copy-paste stonewalling. And if you leave an honest negative review, they'll pressure you to delete it instead of fixing the issue.

The chair was very well packaged. It looks to be made with very high detailed materials for comfort. The whole chair looks and feels high quality. The only complaint is the arm rest pads are to hard for my elbows and the levers under the chair feel weak. Over all this is the best gaming chair and most expensive chair I've ever bought. I had it for little over a week now and sitting on it hasn't disappointed me.
