Coin Flipping Customer Service

Recently I’ve been getting fraudulent charges and disputed them, but when I called to confirm the dispute, the customer service was TERRIBLE. The woman on the line was so quiet, very rude, and I’m young so I don’t quite know what I’m doing. Every word I spoke to her, I felt she ignored-or that she was drugged out of her mind. I felt like I was leading the conversation to fix something I don’t even understand. She never answered any of my questions, didn’t listen to me when I asked for help trying to order a new card, and ended up putting in an old address. Thankfully, I called back and was greeted with a nice “Hello, how are you?” and “What’s your name?” It was a new lady who fixed everything within a couple seconds. She apologized to me for her near perfect English. Turns out I didn’t have to take all these extra steps just to get a new card. From this, I was surprised at how fast things could’ve been worked out.

I also would like to point out that it seems like they are using old phones or something, the line kept cutting in and out which was a major problem.

A Bank without any Compassion

I opened a checking account, with $50.00. An unforeseen event came up,( Funeral), I needed money for gas. I went to the branch in Wills Point, explaining to the teller, I needed cash, I then asked her. Will this impact my account? She replied "Not In The Least". Two days later, I received a letter from the bank, it read, After review the bank is not able to maintain a banking relationship with myself, as a result they are closing my account effective immediately. Actually I'm glad they did, if they closed my account because I attended a funeral for my relative, what else are they capable of? Compassion, surely you jest?
