Worst customer service
They ask you to send personal ID, copy of credit card, etc. for purchase citing that they need to do thorough background check for my purchase, which was alerted for fraud????!!! I sent credit card info over and they claimed they never received it. I paid for 3 purchases for about $5k and they were holding two shipments for few days. They claimed saks, Newman Marcus, bergdof, Chanel, Hernes, which I frequently shop do the same. It's a lie! These high end shops never asked me to email my personal ID or copy of credit card when I shopped for six figures every month. I had to send multiple emails and make phone calls to them to finally cancel the remaining orders which were paid unwell advance and I'm waiting for my refund. Be aware of this site. I don't know wherether their products are authentic. I asked them how they get them so cheap and they said they have good vendors (?) whatever that means. I will never shop here again. What a waste of time and Worst nightmare shopping on this site.
