Absolutely brilliant service from start…

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish , I was kept in the loop about time scale and James and the team are great , there so professional and very friendly , everything looks great .I would recommend them all day long , thank you Amtrim!

Service excellence

We recently had a pram cover fitted to our narrowboat by Amtrim and we’re absolutely delighted. The quality is superb – really well-made, sturdy, and a perfect fit.

There was a small mix-up with the colour at first, but Amtrim dealt with it brilliantly. They immediately rectified the issue and supplied us with a new pram cover without any fuss. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

A special mention also goes to the fitters – they were absolutely brilliant. Professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They made sure everything was spot on, and the end result looks fantastic.

Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them makes all the difference – and Amtrim went above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Highly recommended!
