Disgusting

Ridiculous rigged slots it’s blatantly obvious you can lose hundreds without a bonus or win. Completely avoid unless you like being scammed. Live chat is absolutely useless as is the email which no one ever replies to I have asked numerous times for my account to be closed with no reply. Absolutely disgusting site

REALLY BAD waiting times for withdrawal

Great choice of games and good RTP on pretty much all of them

My only issue is I’ve been waiting over a week for my withdrawal now and I’ve spoken to multiple agents on live chat and got no where, sent emails, got no response

Avoid this betting site …

Having sent all relevant documents and all are correct. I have still not recieved my winnings. Now 4 days. I also didn't recieve my bonus bets. There was an offer of bet £5 and recieve up to £60 in free bets. I deposited £20. Placed a £10 bet and played £10 in the casino. They said they knew nothing of the bet offer and would investigate, even though it was a paid promotion by them on social media. Then said I had to be my full deposit of £20 on a single bet so wasn't allowed the offer. ?? So had i just deposited £10 and bet £10 i got the offer. But because I spent £10 on their casino page I dont get the offer ? Have been on live chat and sent a couple of the emails. The 2nd email has still not been replied to. Avoid this betting site !!!!

Do not ever use this site. I verified my account before making any deposits.

I made 3 deposits without using bonuses and got to around £450. I tried to withdraw numerous times yet they rejected it. Live chat said it was a mistake and to try again yet they continued to reject. No one seems to work at weekends and the withdrawals get reversed back in to your balance which is illegal. They will never pay you out it is a complete scam

And it gets worse. I asked for my money back and closing the account (I had £7 left in my account).
They just closed my account and not replying to any more emails.
They are dirty scammers that only cost me £7, will cost you way more if not careful (and spam you as above) and ignore your messages as not registered in the UK so you have no way of fighting back.

My £2,020 withdrawal was confiscated…

My £2,020 withdrawal was confiscated without clear or consistent justification. Initially, I was told the withdrawal was rejected because I allegedly exceeded a £5 maximum bet (which I strongly dispute). Later, I was given a completely different explanation — that my balance was adjusted due to a “maximum win rule” of x10 the bonus amount. These are two entirely different reasons, and the contradictions raise serious concerns.

What makes this even more troubling is that the full balance was clearly displayed as available and withdrawable in my account. This suggests that all wagering requirements and bonus terms had already been met and validated by their system.

Despite multiple requests, Amonbet has failed to provide my full betting history, including stakes and timestamps, or a clear mathematical breakdown showing how they calculated this so-called balance correction. I have also not received confirmation of the exact bonus amount used to apply the alleged x10 maximum win cap.

The lack of transparency and communication has been extremely frustrating. I have now been forced to consider escalating the matter to the relevant gambling regulator and Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

Avoid at all costs but if you do use them DO NOT TAKE THE DEPOSIT BONUS!! The fact that a cash deposit is instantly transferred to bonus funds with a 40x wagering requirement is absolutely criminal. Had a decent win with what I assumed was a cash balance however upon checking my balance the entire balance amount had been converted to bonus funds and I couldn't withdraw without wagering £800 first. If I hadn't taken the bonus I'd have been free to withdraw, so the bonus actually favours the casino and not the player. Make sure you go through the T&Cs with a fine tooth comb! Or better still avoid altogether!

Absolutely appalled at how I've been treated after the amount I have deposited. When I asked to close my account because I have a gambling problem, the reply I got from my so called 'vip manager' I was offered a bonus to stay with them. When I questioned this and asked for their licence details and what gambling authority they were under I was totally ignored. I have been emailing them constantly for 5 days and not one response have I received. I have went onto live chat to ask for someone to contact me to be told someone will be in touch. Absolute scan of a site, please be warned.

**I will continue leaving this review until they actually do something. I have found out that they are licensed in Costa rica which means they don't need a license and there is no central governing body to handle complaints. Don't waite your time or money**

Not once, ever did you give or offer ANY help, solution or alternative. I felt unworthy and foolish to have believed that AMONBET is nothing but pure make believe. Website links are unprofessionally created and not valid for any purpose but to look real.
This site is not the real McCoy, they certainly make you feel like you don’t matter. They ignored me for a full day on the 19th. I ended up losing my temper and in deep distress. They stated LOL.
Shocking is what I was left with, astounded at the sheer ignorance, non conformities manner, blasay attitude, do not want to help anyone.
Don’t play - they won’t pay.
I am happy to share this as much as possible. No body should have to endure 3 days of what I just experienced. And without a penny at the end of it.
