They were meant to apply a discount at checkout and didn't and then failed to correct it. I also have yet to receive delivery.

We are sorry that you were unable to use your discount code. Some codes do have a limit on either the number of times it can be used or a specific date to use it by.
Our customer service team have checked the tracking to your order and can see that Royal Mail state it was delivered within 3 working days. They will discuss this further with you to hopefully help you either locate the package or to send out a replacement.

Ordered 2 products 10 days ago for 'next working day' delivery as I was spending £155 this delivery came free. 10 days on nothing has arrived; I've emailed and got a standard 'we'll get back to you in 1-2 days' response. That was 3 days ago and still no contact. It's a shame as I wanted to try the product, but there is no customer service so I want to cancel the order completey
UPDATE: I've now received the products I ordered and Amma life also upgraded the original items for free. But - they only did this after I left the trustpilot review - not after emailing the company twice, and then trying to call via the details found through google that says they are open until 5pm. When you actually call this number it says they only accept calls I think 1030-2pm or something for a couple of days a week. So I couldn't leave a message via the phone number either.
So, when Ammalife did get in touch with me, they did resolve the problem very quickly. They also sent me 3 emails as a follow up asking me to update this trustpilot review; which I planned to do anyway, but I was busy last week with a funeral of a dear friend, and had to travel from Cornwall to Essex to go to it; so updating a trustpilot review wasn't my priority last week, and i felt quite hounded to do it - rather than just letting me update it when I actually had the time to.
So overall - I would order from them again, but this time I would be trying every method of contact (including trustpilot again) if an item hadn't been received within 24 hours of ordering. I haven't had a chance to try any of the items, so can't comment on those though!
I do think there needs to be a better contact system back end though. When I got through to someone finally it was dealt with - but up until someone called me - and only after I posted the online review of 1 star - I did think I had been scammed out of £155. Happy to realise though that I hadn't!!

We are sorry that your package did not arrive. After further investigation we can see that your order was dispatched within 24 hours of being ordered as a Next Working Day delivery. However, the package was lost by the couriers. The standard email response does state we will get back in 1-2 working days, as your email was sent on a Friday evening, that would mean a response would be due by the following Tuesday (rather than 2 days). I can see that our customer service agent called you to arrange for a replacement to be sent out the same day and it did arrive Next Working Day.
We are pleased that you have now got your package, and can assure you that orders do normally arrive in good time. We hope to see you again and be able to show you that we are a reliable company, and that we do care about our customers.

Thank you for your comments about communication time, we take these on board and will look at how we can improve email response time for missing packages to be less than 2 working days.
Email Reply 1 - acknowledge missing package as per tracking code status, confirm replacement sent as Next Day delivery. Polite request to update review to reflect whole experience once you get package and issue resolved, as recommended by TrustPilot.
Reply 2 - confirm package delivered and to check if need any other support. No mention of review.
Reply 3 - short standard email to state ticket will close in 48hrs if no further communication. No mention of review.
All accurate office opening times on website. Phone line open Mon/Wed/Fri.
Google Business reflects office times as per customer email support & warehouse times Mon-Fri.

I have suffered with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis for a number of years, since having the 30% paste twice a day I have stopped all pharmaceutical medications. I can’t not say this will work for everyone but it has definitely worked for me after years or beginning at my doctors for different types of medications for help with my pain and muscle weakness, this has definitely made a difference to my life I feel like me again !

the service offered by the amma life website is second to none - my late husband and i have been grateful to have amma life products available to enhance our lives. since derek's death at the age of 92, i have been pleased to be able to call on the maintenance strength oil to get me through various challenges, including the suicide of my middle son.
