Our stay at sharm reef hotel was overall pretty good.

They had a nice and pretty outdoor area, with big pools and nice sun beds. The crew members were very friendly and customer minded, which made our stay so much better - no doubt the best service we’ve ever had at a hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ibrahim the bartender was no less than perfect 🤩

The food was good, but pretty much the same all week round, so we got tired of it in the end. (But that’s probably not uncommon)
The unheated pool was veeery cold and the heated pool wasn’t much warmer. The showers kept changing between ice cold and burning hot, so a shower was a lengthy process 🫣 The rooms looked very outdated, but they were clean, and the cleaning staff were friendly too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our flight on the way out was a bit delayed, and we had to land in billund on our way back, which resulted in a 7 hour long flight 👎🏻

We arrived at midnight. My partner and i travelled with 2 female friends, and we got rooms in the complete opposite areas of the resort. We asked for closer rooms, that same night. The staff were really friendly and understanding - and the hotel was pretty empty, so we were able to move rooms the following day, but it is probably something that you should pay attention to, when getting your keys. (For the peak seasons)

The animation team was funny and friendly. We went clubbing 2 out of 6 nights at the hotel. One of the staff members started out really nice, but he got a bit too “attached” to one of our friends. He kept telling her that he became jealous when she spoke to other men. Our friend ended up feeling “watched” when she was speaking to the other two animation team members (Oscar and Neno) who we felt a lot more comfortable with. So that was a huge downside to the otherwise pretty nice stay that we had. - We hope to see oscar and neno if we ever visit again though! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall a great hotel compared to the prizing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ only Mido brings it down to only 3 stars.

I was staying one week at Sharm Reef. I have never felt so safe before on a vacation. The guides Oscar and Neno was so good and helpful during the week. They were always in good mood and positive. Also they joined us on the trips to different clubs (booked through the hotel) and keeped an eye on us to make sure that we didn’t feel unsafe. The trip would not be the same without them.

I have just returned from my vacation at Sharm reef hotel.
I loved my stay, the rooms was a bit old, but the service and the area made up for it.
Especially the staff at the pool bar and the restaurant was so great and they really made our stay special!
The only reason that I have only given the hotel 3 stars is because of Mido, who was in charge of the animation team.
He was very nice in the beginning, but he became to much and to pushy. He talked bad about his employees, Oskar and Neno, which we really didn’t understand, because the guys was so great, the made us laugh and looked out for us, and just all in all made our stay so pleasant. We really hope to see the two guys again at our next stay at Sharm reef.
But Mido has to learn to respect his employees and the guests boundaries. He made lots of inappropriate jokes and didn’t knew when to back off.

But besides that it was one of my absolute favorite vacations!

Loved staying at Sharm reef, everyday was a party with Neno and Oscar who were the two entertainers. They were thoughtful and always made sure that everyone of all ages felt welcome at the hotel.
also their manager Mido Did a lot for the hotel and the few other guests who were there I only had good experiences in relation to the entertainers. the whole stay at Sharm reef was good and The situation was handled well by the entertainers but also by management

I had a great time at Sharm Reef.

Especially the Animation Team made my stay perfect. Neno and Oscar are the true stars of the hotel ✨ I enjoyed a lot of the activities they stood for like stretching, waterarobics, darts and going with them to the club in the evening, where they made me feel very safe.

The boss entertainer Mido was very welcoming at first, but then he became all about the money and he was very controlling when we were out in the club. He also talked badly about his staff, which made me feel uncomfortable.

But all in all I had a great time at Sharm Reef. The waiters, bartenders (Especially Ibrahim) and even the cleaing staff were very kind and did what they could to make sure we all had a nice stay.

We have just returned from a trip to Sharm El Sheik. we were two girls off for the first time in Egypt. We stayed at the Sarm Reef hotel, it has been a wonderful experience, the rooms are from an older date but they are nice and clean and the service was top notch both in terms of cleaning, the bar, the food, activities and entertainment at the hotel. The hotel is not that big but the atmosphere is top notch. The staff at the hotel have taken good care of us, especially Oscar from Animation box, is super good at making everyone feel comfortable during the day, where he does good activities for those who want it. When we went out with animation box we felt well looked after by Oscar, which was really nice, so we never felt unsafe, all hotels should have someone like him - super talented!
All in all a really nice trip and we will definitely be back!

I loved my stay at Sharm reef but after a few days mido become wired.

The boss entertainer (mido) was very inappropriate, he kept saying “fisse” and “kusse” it means pussy. He talks bad about his employees to the guests. But my experience was that they, actually was taking care of us(his employees), and makes me feel safe. Not the boss entertainer, he was making me uncomfortable.

I really liked my stay at Sharm Reef but after a few days I think Mido became a bit too much. He kept saying bad words like “kusse” and “fisse” which means “pussy” in Danish. I didn’t like it.
Also the way he talks about his employees is not okay!
He’s all about money and nothing else.
It was all a bit too much for me.

The other employees at the hotel was very sweet and made the stay worth it. These are the ones who also the did all the work, and kept us safe at night when we went out too party.

A Very pleasant stay with great service and good cleaning.

The room was a bit old, but you get what you pay for. In contrast was the service and the staff at the hotel AMAZING, and we were positively surprised. Everyone from the people in the reception, security, luggage carriers, workers at the bar, cooks, the waiters, and so on were so friendly and nice.

Also want to mention the cleaner, who made each day exciting to return back to the room, where he had made a new animal, or “signs/symbols” from the towels.

These small things really elevated the stay. The food in the all inclusive was also very great. Thank you for a pleasant vacation.

Scammers company!!! Hello everyone) I was bought a flight from this company till Sharm at 2020, but this rejse was cancelled. I asked twice about turning back money to my card that I was paid, but, company said that I can choose another flight in any date, excepting holidays without any extras. I agreed on this conditions. But now, when I really need flight, they said that prices have risen in two years, and I need to pay 4100 DKK again??? How it can be?? Tomorrow will go to the police to said about this fact, Im sure, that we are not alone.

Really nice stay!
Hotel was way beond our expectations, spatious clean rooms and wonderful staff and a perfect laid out hotel area, beach-pools-walking paths etc.
Indian restaurant was the best for evening and pool restaurant was a great place to hang out during day (be early to "book" sunbeds with a towel). A little bit noisy and stressful enviroment in breakfast restaurant. Food far better than expected!

The only really bad thing was the flight trip to Sharm. I am flying quite a lot, but FlyEgypt was by far my worst experiance so far(even outclassed by indonesian domestic flights). Except a worn aircraft, poor service, crappy food and no alcohol beverages allowed, was the worst that they somehow put us in seats that not existed in this aircraft (thank god, it was not full).
Nontheless, a 5-star vaccation!

Improvments:
- The amount disposable plastic glasses used under our week made us feel really really bad in terms of environment.
- Change airline host for your trips ASAP
- More fresh cut fruits and juices in breakfast would be nice
- Reception staff was "nice" at any inquiries, but their ability and mandate to solve issues and do so in a reasonable time is questionable.

We bought a trip 2 pax all inclusive with direct flight for 2 weeks in Egypt, only to find that they canceled it just 17 days prior to departure. They "offered" us a different Airline, with ridicolus traveltimes, layovers and also we would have to Pay awhole lot more.
Several days after this we find they still sell the trip online, still avaliable for booking as we originally did. We suspect they do it on purpose to "upsell" the more expensive trip.
