Lack of profissionalism
I made an order a week ago and a few days later I sent an e-mail asking another question and they say that the money was not received yet and without the payment they couldn´t continue the order.
I sent the proof of payment and then they stop answering my e-mails. Sent a few and they haven´t said a word since that they.
It´s not possible that after a week they haven´t received the money yet. Even more strange it´s the fact that don't reply to my e-mail.
I want my order complete and sent or my money back. 60€! For them must be short money but for me it´s a lot.
I buy though their website because they had good critics, however, i don't believe it anymore.
No reply, my money gone, a week pass, and no return. So unprofessional.
I will complain with the responsible entities.
