I ordered two "SOLARPRO XB2 Above Ground Solar Heaters - Item No.: 4527". On their Web-page was a picture with side inlet and outlet for easy connection of multiple units, but they shipped two "Solar Pro Inflatable Solar - Item No.: Sku 2714". Upon my complaint they advised that the item number on Amerimerc has changed and the number you see on your order confirmation is the correct sku number for the product.
The items I finally received were of different design, with inlet and outlet on top which make them vulnerable to damage. One unit had already a puncture where the outlet was located, caused in transit by the sharp edges of the poorly manufactured hose connections. The product looked like a cheap replacement made in China.
They offered me refund to my account, however they do require the product to be returned back to their facility. As I live in Singapore, the cost of return postage from Singapore to the US would be almost the same as the expected refund. I therefore opted to forego the refund.

I ordered a 15X30 above ground pool cover. What I received was labeled "Pool Size:15X30, Cover Size: 18X33, Made in China". The cover was probably 18X30. Which is too short on the 30 foot length. It just barely covered the pool with no extra for overhang. When I called the 800 number no one answered and the voice mail was too full for more messages. This happened several times. I finally got through to Hisham Abu-Salman. I forwarded pictures of the installed cover to him. I did get a replacement cover in a timely manner. Again labelled "Pool Size:15X30, Cover Size: 18X33, Made in China". But it was exactly the same size, 18X30, as the original cover I had a problem with. I ended up paying almost $100 for a cover locally. I had wasted too much time trying to save a buck and I needed a cover now. I have 2 18X30 oval shaped tarps if anyone can use them.

I ordered a rectangular pool cover in blue. The emailed me and said they only had that cover in tan. I said ok, I'll take it. When it arrived, I opened the box and discovered that they sent me a tan OVAL cover, NOT RECTANGULAR. They told me that they had no rectangular covers for the size I needed (16'X32', which is very common). Why didn't they tell me that in the first place? They said that they would issue a call-tag for UPS to pick it up, then I could be refunded my $$$ once they saw movement. After about a week, UPS got it. I waited a few days, and saw no refund. I emailed them. Finally after several more days, my refund was issued. Never again.

Everything went great. Got exactly what I wanted, come promptly and at a good price. I would use them again.

Have used the company several times, never a disappointment. Always have what I need and gets delivered quickly.

We placed an Oder for a pool mesh cover with this company on the 26th of September. We did receive a part of the Oder in a timely manner, however the mesh cover itself was not processed until the 9th of October. We did not receive any communications on the order and when we could expect to receive it until the 11th of October. Such lack of communication makes us hesitant to order from this company again.

Product needed was a pool liner. No problem with the quality & cost or shipping. However a contractor was scheduled for installation the following week of the order. I was not advised that the item was out of stock and was backordered. Also it took another 2 weeks after I had to contact your company to inquire on the status of my order. The complaint I have is that I was not notified of the out of stock issue. This error denied me the opportunity to either wait, or cancel, an order the liner from another vendor to expedite installation with the contractor. During the 3 week period waiting for this liner, the weather was clear, warm & dry. Perfect for the install. The day the liner arrived we experienced 3 consecutive days of rain that went thru the weekend. Again this caused more delays for the install.

What a screwed up company. They just don't care!!!! Order someplace else and save the aggravation.

I expect the companies that I deal with to behave in a timely and professional manner. AmeriMerc has done neither. My correspondence lacked response in what I thought to be a reasonable amount of time. When they did respond, they didn't do as they said. I'm still waiting for my order to ship after 2and 1/2 weeks.

I would recommend buying from this company if they have your part.

I had a great experiance with Amerimerc. A top notch company. I plan to use them again.

The cover we purchased came in the estimated time and was wider and longer then the ones we have gotten in the past in the same size which made it easier to put on. I would recommend this cover and buy it again when this one needs to be replaced.

I placed an order for an in ground pool cover. The item description met my exact requirements. I received the item on time, placed it on the pool and found it to be defective. Upon contacting the company and sending them pictures of the defect, a new cover was sent. It came from another manufacturer, and although it had the same 20 yr warranty, the product was inferior to what I had ordered and wanted and paid for.
they never contacted me once I had sent them the pictures, so I had no idea what or when I was receiving a replacement cover.

We bought our home a year ago & as older homes go sometimes you inherit the existing hardware. With that being said our pool pump was ancient, loud & severely rusted out. And as you would assume it was time to replace & upgrade. We looked a several pump/motor combinations; good, better, best. We settled on this Tri-Star and couldn't be happier! It gives us just what we need & has lowered our operating cost as well. We no longer need to run our pump for more than 4 hours per day. Our pool is actually cleaner than its ever been & its holding chemicals much-much longer. Long story short this is a great investment. We love our Tri-Star & would definitely use & recommend Amerimerc again & again!!!!!

OUR ORDER WAS PLACED, I HAD TO MAKE CONTACT TWICE FOR A DELIVERY DATE AND FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS COMING FROM. FINALLY HAD TO MAKE A CALL. THEIR TRACKING INFO WOULDN'T WORK BECAUSE THE ITEMS HAD NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. FOUND OUT LATER, THE LABEL WAS ENTERED BUT IT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL 1 WEEK LATER. IF IT WAS OUT OF STOCK THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST WITH US, INSTEAD OF SAYING IT WOULD BE SHIPPED. ALSO DIDN'T APPRECIATE RECEIVING MY VISA BILL WITH THE CHARGES WHEN I WAS STILL WAITING ON SHIPMENT. THE WHOLE DEAL WAS A DISASTER. DOUBT WE WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

great product , great turn around time for the order .

Received my Winter Cover in record time, but the quality of the Cover is the poorest I have ever purchased. Metal Garnets were missing in one area. One area had two Metal Garnets over lapping each other. Several metal garnets were on the very edge of the trap and several were several inches below the overlapping edging. The size of the cover just barely covered the pool - NO 3 FEET OVER LAP like they state in their write up. Will be surprised if this cover makes it through the winter. Have had a pool for 26 years and have purchased 4 or 5 Winter Covers in the past, this trap was a big mistake and should never have left the factory.
