Let's be crystal clear

Let's be crystal clear, this is by no means a replacement education for people in the medical field. What this is a refresher course, and for companies other than medical fields to get a concise understanding on certain medical topics. For that I found the course's very helpful for my particular needs. I'm not required to be trained by the CDC or the medical board, so for someone who would like to have the knowledge and show that you took a little time to learn about a particular health training is worth the time and money.

Avoid using this company

Lack customer service. Please save your money because their certification is not accepted by most hospitals. I had to retake my ACLS exam with real American Heart Association.

Don't waste your money with this company/provider

I just signed up for a CPR and First aid certification from them. I'm not a healthcare worker or a medical provider but I want to take the certification to prepare to apply for a job etc..II’ve completed the course, but I ran into a snag with their website. It wouldn’t process my certificate and kept prompting me to complete the final step twice, which I did. I reached out via email, but I haven’t heard back. No one answered the phone, and it seems like this might not be the best place to go. Please don't waste your money and time with them. Find another company or provider to get your CPR certificate instead.
