It appears that this company is only interested in the big jobs as I was informed by the lady over the phone that they would call me back to arrange a quotation between the 4th of this month and the 8th of this month. Although I did stress that I hoped that their word would be kept as I had already been fobbed off by other companies, she stated that it would be definite that I would get the call.
Stayed in all week and lo and behold - nothing. I did on a couple of occasions try to call them but either it went to voicemail (which I would not leave a message) or the line was engaged.
Will not bother using these people ever again.
