Do not deal with this company - a scam
The experience of working with Amazon book publishing central has been costly, extremely dissatisfiying and disappointing.
This company claims to publish books online on Amazon for an upfront fee of 1000 USD. It uses Amazon in the name giving the impression it is linked with Amazon, which it is not. We experienced lack of communication, gaps in replies and not acting on or delivering what they claim to do.
We were strung along with intermittent replies for 9 months and we still have no book published.
Communication has now ceased completely with them not replying to emails. After not receiving information or the product they said they would deliver we have asked for our money back. We have not received a reply or been refunded.
These people are not professionals, do not deliver and the only conclusion I can come to is it is a scam.
Do not deal with them.
