This does not appear to be a genuine website. Received my necklace which looked nothing like the website, also this was personalised and the writing had been etched on backwards. I have since discovered that the images that have been used on Amazing Necklace are from other genuine seller/websites.
I have tried several times to make contact with Amazing Necklace via email however emails are now being returned with a error message telling me their inbox is full. I would stay away from this company. Sadly I am now £70 out of pocket having received a very poor item of jewellery which is definitely not worth this.

I spent 60 dollars on a neckless that was supposed to be a urn for my dogs ashes. What they gave me was not a urn it was a cheap neckless. I wish I could post what I order and what I got. Do not order from this place they are a rip off.

Totally ripped off!
I ordered a necklace that was advertised as pearls with monogrammed initials for $113. I received a necklace that you would buy at a discount store for maybe $10. I have not received any replies from company. DO NOT order from this company.
The monogram initials were NOTHING like advertised and they were not real pearls. I want a refund!

Please be wary of this company
Please be wary of this company. I purchased a personalised item through the website, and received a poor quality version of that pictured. The image of the product was so different that I feel completely deceived, and have tried to contact the company numerous times with no response. As well as the product looking very different, the engraving is of poor quality and not centred. I have spoken with a professional jewellers about it and they agree with me that it is not acceptable and I should be able to return the item.
Amazing Necklace are completely ignoring all communication, and they even provide a phone number so it's email only. I am now working with my credit card company and Trading Standards to resolve the issue.
