I have been receiving beer and wine gifts for several years from Amazing Clubs. All of my shipments have arrived on time and in good shape, but for the first time, one of the packages had obviously been dropped, causing a leak from one of the bottles.

I ordered a fruit basket delivery as a gift for my Mom. The fruit that was delivered was always wonderful and she loved the variety. Unfortunately my Mom passed before her subscription ran out so I contacted Amazing Clubs to see if I could ship the remaining baskets to a dear friend of my Mom's. I called the 800 support number and spoke with Diego. He was very helpful in getting the delivery changed to my Mom's friend. Overall, I've had a very good experience with Amazing Clubs and would recommend them to others.

Fantastic customer service experience with Ben. I was able to reach someone quickly and my issue was addressed beyond my expectations. (And I gotta add...the desserts are amazing too!)

I ordered the honey of the month for my sister's birthday (for a year) and it was great..except the last shipment was damaged..I sent an email and the response was immediate..Kendra was very helpful and polite. Kendra took care of this issue and did not try to accuse us of being at fault like most companies. Kendra gave me a great experience and has made me contemplate setting up another year of honey for my sister, if things go right

My first monthly beer delivery arrived and 2 out of 12 beverages were broken. Without creating an ID, I contacted Amazing Clubs via chat. With the order number and my address, Kendra was able to identify my order and offered an additional shipment to my gift. I feel that is exceptional customer service. I still give Amazing Clubs 5 stars because this happened in spite of excellent packaging. Thanks Kendra, you made it so easy.
