I ordered a beer of the month club subscription as a present for my son and after the order was completed I realized I had left something off the card they e-mail to apprise the recipient of the gift. I immediately called customer service and was connected to Amber. She was so very helpful and took care of everything for me. I would give Amber 10 stars for excellent customer service if I could.

I ordered a wine club subscription as a present and my auto correct changed the message on me.
I didn’t notice this until I printed the gift card.
I contacted Amazing Clubs and within 24 hours Kendra was able to fix my error and issue a new gift card! Kendra was awesome, she was responsive and timely. I highly recommend Amazing Clubs for their service.

Not sure we were able to resolve my issue because it’s more of a Fed Ex issue, but Ben was most helpful in guiding me through a possible solution through the tracking of the missed delivery. His knowledge and customer service are top notch. And, if worse comes to worst and I am unable to pick up my shipment from a Fed Ex facility and it gets returned to Amazing Clubs, Amazing Clubs will extend my subscription another month. Great experience working with Ben at Amazing Clubs!!!!

One of my deliveries had a bottle open with some sauce that spilled out. I called and spoke with Ben and he took care of it by sending out a new delivery. I had pictures but he didn’t need them.
