Arranging for my husband to pick up on my behalf was really simple. The product itself (queen bed) was half price (huge score) and actually so simple to assemble.

There was a very good range of products on display for us to look at; showrooms well well kept, clean and easy to navigate through; all staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful; Ravi in particular made us feel like really valued customers

Claire from the Bunbury store went way above my expectations. She is an absolute asset to the company. I won’t hesitate in going back to her when I need something else.

Lounge is great, staff need to do better.

Ordered click and collect (because it was only a pillow and the delivery option cost the same price as the entire product). Received the notification, responded with pick up plan, arrived at the store towards the end of the day as planned only to be told they don’t have it and I either need to go to the warehouse or come back to the store the next day. Completely unhelpful!!

I visited Amart Butler Store last week looking for a new recliner chair. I was greeted by a lovely, friendly young woman whose name is Deb. She asked if she could help and asked what I was looking for but she did not put any pressure on me, which I appreciated. I got a quote and promised I'd be back once I'd made up my mind!

The following week I returned and Deb recognised me straight away! She left me to browse and I found a two seater recliner which I decided I'd like. No worries, Deb gave me a quote and I proceeded to the front desk where the purchase was finalised. It was a great experience at Amart Butler where all the staff made me feel like a valued customer!

Bought a cheap, good quality queen size bed.
Assembly was simple with well-labelled parts and decent tools supplied.
Quality was better than expected for the price.

Great customer service and support

- It has taken over 2 hours to purchase a handful of items!!! Nobody wants to spend almost the whole day inside a store whilst staff runs around as headless chooks.
- When purchasing a mattress, the vendor said that a mattress protection was necessary. Even though agreeing with the statement, I did not agree with the purchase. It was embedded into my order and I was charged $179 for a mattress protector! Congratulations, the most expensive in Australia!!! And they not even bothered asking if I agreed in buying it.
- After HOURS waiting, staff informed that the product wasn't available for the next 2 months!!!!!! It was frustrating having to wait so long for a negative response.

Not only staff was slow and unethical by hiding information or not checking availability before offering, they were dodgy to insert a product into the order that costed almost 4 times over the price that Amart even offers on its own website. This is literally robbery.
I have sent an email requesting them to cancel a few items from my order, but even heard anything back yet.

The staff at the pickup area are not helpful. They should have courtesy. My hubby had to lift 30kg x 6 in car while Amart staff is just observing, not even to ask if we need help. Very bad customer service.

Very helpful sales experience. Loved my purchase - exactly what I wanted. Will definitely shop at A Mart again.

overall product is good but missing parts... i had to buy it from bujnnings to complete the assembly.

Purchase, communication and delivery were excellent.

The products were good. I was not really happy the process of buying these products. Further more, the products were not delivered within the promised delivery timeframes.
