Great service!
I wanted to send my friend something to cheer her up. I myself don't live in Denmark but found this great Flower shop where you can order online, Amager Blomster. I found them to have a great selection and prices so I bought a bouqet and some chocolate and had it sent to my friend's home. She was so happy, found the flowers beautiful and said the chocolate tasted like heaven :) So happy that I chose Amager Blomster.

Great flowers but there was no card included (message was included in the order)

The flowers were really beautiful and freash and arranged´very nicely. The delivery was on time. The only issue was that there was no card attached (even though one was ordered)

Let me tell you how pleased I am, that you find the quality of the flowers and our on-time delivery satisfactory.
About the card, something does not add up. I have been looking at your order, and can't see any items other than the bucket of flowers. In that case (which is the most common) the system will print a card that contains the delivery address on the top half and the card text on the bottom half. The card text is hidden by a flap folded from left to right and the entire card is attached to the delivery.
I can see, that we have made the delivery at the reception of a company. Both the driver and the receptionist use the card to take the flowers in the right direction. Furthermore, I've been on the phone with the person who made the order, and she remembers the card from the significant extra line between the main text and the final greeting.
I don't want you go get me wrong, I only wish to find out, what has happened to that card. I shall call you later today to hopefully solve the mystery and to agree what we can do to make you 100 % satisfied...

Everything worked great
Online procedure to purchase is straightforward and very helpful for non Danish speakers like me is the video that shows how to place an order .
The bouquet was as good as shown on the webpage. The delivery was made 35 minutes before the chosen time and that was actually good because the recipient would have been home at the chosen time.

I am happy with the service provided by Amagerblomster.dk
The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I had chosen to leave a note in case the recipient was not home, but the flowers were left by the door. Anyway, the recipient received the flowers in a perfect status.
In case in future I will have to deliver flowers I will choose again Amager Blomster.

I have spoken to the delivery chauffeur and the rest of the team about the delivery of your flowers, and this is the outcome:
Our web shop was redesigned recently. One of the many things that changed was the way we specify the action we should take in case the recipient is not at home when we deliver. Previously it was more like a YES or NO to a question whether we were to leave the flowers by the door. Our team has been unaware of the change that was introduced in the new version, but in the future I'm sure they will be completely focused on this question.
Let me take this opportunity to thank you once again for your review, as it has helped us improving our service, but also apologize for the misconduct.

I called from Canada to have flowers and a bottle of wine sent to my friend's 70th birthday. Lars e-mailed me and helped me step by step to complete the order on line. He was quick to respond to my concerns and reassure me that they would be delivered on my friend's birthday.
