It has good stock of all you can need. But staff sometimes has not interest in selling. A the end of the day they just let time pass until the cannot sell anymore.

It has good stock lazy staff

It has good stock of all you can need. But staff sometimes has not interest in selling. A the end of the day they just let time pass until the cannot sell anymore.

A Disappointing Experience That Falls Short of the Apple Standard

I bought a new iPhone and traded in my old one. While the discounts were good, I was only told after they erased my phone that I could restore my data from iCloud only at home since their WiFi in the store is too slow. That’s unacceptable—phones are essential, and this should have been communicated before wiping the device.

They might be the official Apple seller in the Netherlands, but the experience is nothing like a proper Apple Store.

MacBook

Very friendly,

Although I would have appreciated if you could have told me that my MacBook would have a price to pay as it was accepted under warrantee.

I was NOT informed by your team that the warrantee was only for outer damage and not inner damages so it’s quite strange to accept my laptop in the first place under warrantee if I was gonna pay such a big amount.

I also got 3 very different reasonings for my laptop damage so it kind of feels like the proper service did not get through at least I would have known what the issue was and not have an unclear answer,

although I appreciate the staff kindness! For trying to help see why it was not working at the store before I handed my laptop over🙏

Unfortunately, based on your information here on Trustpilot, I am unable to look up your repair and therefore cannot comment on the situation.

The warranty covers problems and defects in your device that occurred without your own fault (such as damage). Water, moisture, fall and impact damage are never covered by warranty. This is because there is any insurance for this that can reimburse the cost if you have an insurance for these kind of things.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Spend your money elsewhere

If you are reading this: DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go elsewhere and spend your money. Horrible customer service. The manager should be fired. good customer service comes from managers training their employees. If a manager cannot teach such a thing or exemplify it, he should be removed to improve the morale of the company.

I needed my files transferred from an external hard drive that was formatted only for MAC and I have a Windows. I went everywhere, uni, library, asking friends, but none of these places had MAC. and my last resort was to come to an Apple store to see if they could assist because no one else had an MAC.

I called the store an employee told me to come in. I came approximately 30 minutes before they closed on Thursday. The employee opened my file and realized that it was a big file and was going to charge me over 20 euros because it was not a service they offered. I agreed to the cost. I then looked at the time and I said, The store is closing soon and it will not upload in time.

The employee told me to come back the next day when it was not busy and ask the person working in the service department for assistance. He said it's not guaranteed, I said ok.

The next day I arrived, there were about 3 customers. I asked if I could upload the file, but the person at the service desk said no. I said ok. I stayed in the store a little longer trying to find out what I could do next and contemplating buying a computer just to upload this file.

By now, there was about 1 customer.

Then I asked another employee, what options are there to download a file. He said I can download iTunes onto my Windows computer. I never thought about that. I asked him to help me download it while I was in the store. I pulled out my laptop and put it on the empty large desk area that Apple uses to teach people or instruct etc. I did not want to go home and attempt to download iTunes and something wrong ended up happening etc.

The manager comes downstairs to where I am with the employee-associate and tells him to PUT ME OUT as if he is talking to a dog. He said the previous employee put me out yesterday and that I should be put out because this is not a library.

Either he is blatantly lying or the employee from the night before is lying.

Then the manager said, the area I was using is when someone needs assistance and this place (referring to the store), is for paying customers. After calmly talking to him. He refused to hear anything I was saying and I told him I just asked the employee to help me download iTunes onto Windows and then I'm leaving. He had the nastiest attitude, tone of voice, and demeanor.

I am in the market for a new computer. I would NEVER IN MY LIFE COME BACK TO THIS STORE.

Order not delivered, no refund

Not only is their customer service horrible, they refuse to give me my money back for an order that I never received. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I called their customer service and ‘Avan’ told me he “will not have a discussion with me” when I asked about the refund. I’m literally calling customer service to HAVE A DISCUSSION but apparently they just want to run off with my money. He also lied about them closing at 6 when they actually close at 5pm, so I wouldn’t get through to a supervisor. At this point I’m going to escalate the matter and seek legal help.

Substandard service encountered

Substandard service encountered. Agreements made verbally were not honored, coupled with impersonal communication. Furthermore, there was a lack of willingness to provide any form of accommodation. Despite being referred by Apple themselves, the quality of service provided falls significantly below the expected standard.

[edit] It looks like Amac is quick to answer to this public review with a template response. I have sent multiple emails and visited their store twice before I wrote the above.

@Amac, this is no anonymous review. You have my file and can reach out to me if you are willing to offer me compensation or even an apology.

Don’t buy from Amac

Don’t buy from Amac, neither online nor in any of their stores. Horrible service when returning a product. They also don’t exchange back for money but provide you with a gift card. You can get much more flexibility by buying directly from Apple or any other electronic store. Be sure to read all the fine prints before buying anything from them. This kind of customer service has no place in 2022, they should lose their Apple resellers license. No idea why Apple wishes to be associated with them.

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. I made a booking via the Apple website to have my iPhone battery replaced and was told they could do this in the store. When I got there for my appointment I was told that there had no technicians available and even if they did it would take up to 3 hours to replace the battery because of the process Apple made them follow. The also said the didn't know if they had the battery available. What is the point of making an appointment for a battery. replacement to be told al of this? It just felt like the guy we talked to couldn't be bothered to help. I would give them zero stars if I could.

It is possible that the repair products are not in stock at the location itself. Often the product is sent to our general repair center. As a result, it may take a little longer because the product has to be transported.
