I had a very disappointing experience with AMA Communications (Salon Comms) while working with them on behalf of Cool Cuts for Kids. When I decided to leave them for a competitor, they abruptly canceled my numbers, even though I had already paid all their fees to secure those numbers.

To make matters worse, they stopped answering my calls and responded to my email with an outrageous offer to reactivate our services for a ridiculous extra charge, which feels like blackmail. Customer service was unresponsive and dismissive during a critical time for our business, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.

I cannot recommend AMA Communications.

AMA recently supported us when we had a big power cut and couldn't get into our store. They noticed phones weren't working, diverted to our mobile and quickly put a message on for our patients if they rang in. Amazing job!!
