Terrible customer service and awful product. No response, no refunds, disappeared. Don't trust them, it's a scam!

I purchased a stroller diaper caddy from this company and within the first couple of times using it, the front pop-up cover completely fell off. The glue used to adhere the plastic cover to the canvas caddy was cheap quality, and the cover fell off with absolutely no warning - nothing started getting loose, it just completely fell off! I reached out to the customer service to let them know of the issue, and asked for a refund because they had advertised a high-quality product. Having such a key feature fall off within the first few uses is NOT a high-quality product. The customer service personnel gave me some story about how hard it would be to return the item, offered a 10-20% refund for me to just keep the item to avoid the hassle, and then had the audacity to suggest I buy glue from a craft store and fix it myself! It if had been manufactured properly, it would've lasted longer! The "costliness" was because they were going to charge me,the customer who purchased the poorly-manufactured item, to ship it back to them! Seriously? That's how you handle customer satisfaction? STAY AWAY!!! Do not purchase anything from this company if you hope to even have your satisfaction inquiries handled professionally.

Absolutely disgusting. My poor mother purchased what she thought was nighthawk driving glasses as stated. Paid over £40 but in dollars$56. To receive 4 pairs of cheap glasses when she ordered one pair of nighthawk glasses. My mother is a pensioner I have sent email after email and no response.
