Steve from ALS was professional and came by punctually today as agreed. He inspected my front door lock and claimed that the lock is fine and is far away from needing change.

I was concerned that some mechanism might have gone loose as the handle had gone lighter suddenly when I lifted it a few days ago. I appreciate Steve’s honesty to tell me that when the lock was tight / heavy in the past, the builder didn’t fit it properly. I had lived with that firmness for more than 15 years and thought it was the norm!

Hi i contacted Steve and asked for a quote for a lock on my door...Steve asked what type i have on it and i said five lever...Steve said not to waste my money as this is sufficient enough for the door...i can not believe how honest he was as i was willing to pay for new lock...there a not many company's as honest as this one..i would definitely use this company in near future if i have to....would highly recommend to others if they want an honest answer..as they won't be disappointed

We had an issue with our front door and called ALS out to have a look. After a chat over the phone we were expecting to have a multi-lock system replaced but the guy had a look and it transpired that the cost was very much less than that. The guy was very professional, on time and was very upfront and honest. Well done ALS, I will have no hesitation in using you again and I hope that lots of other people will use you based on this review.

When my back door was unable to open, I was able to get an appointment the same day. Steve texted prior to arrival and was able to complete the repairs in less than an hour. He was very detailed and explained everything that would need to be done prior to completing the work.
