The driver of GT 662 EC was very rude and aggressive such poor behaviour in suprised paris have someone like him representing the company I have reported this further and pushed it to the Paris council to take legal action against the driver.

Quick booking service but when the driver turned up, there was no signage to say it was a taxi, he drove right past us waiting at the corner and was miserable as sin! The car was filthy to the point I didn’t even want to sit on the seat, so grim.

It’s the worst taxi service I have come across - avoid at all costs.
They have let me down a few times now to the point where I missed my train.
I have learnt my lesson the hard way and would never use them again.

This driver was at Gare du Nord in the taxi rank. He immediately put 58 euros on his meter to take me to Rue de Rivoli.
He looked like a licensed cab driver but wasn't.
I asked him to change to a meter which went VERY fast. He then kicked me out of the cab 2 mins later.

I pre-booked an 8 seat taxi several weeks before 20/12/25 to ensure reliable transport to and from a christmas function. I called when taxi was 20 mins late and got an extremely rude woman on the phone. Taxi arrived 45 mins late, driver was apologetic and a nice bloke. Return taxi at 11 pm didn't arrive, the same foul tempered female said she sent our taxi to Frome (ovbiously they would make more money on that longer journey) abd she had no idea if it would be available now. We waited 50 minutes in the pouring rain - Alpha left 8 OAPs stranded, miles from home. We called Mega Taxis who were amazing, they arrived within 5 minutes, were much cheaper than Alpha and the driver was friendly and courteous. I would highly reccomend Mega Taxis.

I would never reccommend Alpha or use them again, I would suggest their switchboard operator requires a crash course in customer service and basic good manners.

Ordered a taxi in Ormskirk to get to work and was told 5 minutes . 20 minutes later when it was to late to get the bus I rang back to be told there are no taxis in my area. This bunch of clowns come along buy out the other taxi firms then can't provide the service. Do yourselves a favour and use anyone but these.

I advise any one never to use this firm.
We pre-booked our taxi to train station for 08.00 we were still waiting at 08.30. As you can imagine I was so stressed so upset as time was running out to catch my train. I phoned several times. They told me lies said it was on its way it never was. The woman who took the call was rude and abrupt and asked what did I want her to do about it as they had school runs. I said tell me not to pre book as you can’t make it and I can make other arrangements. Never ever again absolutely appalling service. We then booked one with Delta it’s was there in five mins lovely driver who saved us and got a handsome tip for doing so.

My 90 year old mum pre- booked a taxi the day before. The taxi was booked for 8 30am and even after numerous calls it still hadnt arrived at 8.55 am. She was stressed and upset as she was going on a coach holiday that was leaving at 9 am. We managed to sort it out no thanks to alpha. Very unreliable and will never use again.

I had booked a taxi (via the company app) from Widnes Railway Station to my home address. This was ten past ten in the evening. I had received a text saying that a driver was on his way. Three minutes later, the status was back to searching for a driver. So then I decided to use Halton Town Taxis and their driver turned and took my fare. I am a woman stood outside the train station on my own putting my own safety at risk. If the taxis driver does do this is very unprofessional and should not be a taxis driver.

Very helpful and efficient driver for a 9 mile journey from Goodworth Clatford to Sutton Scotney. Have used Alpha taxis several times.

After reading some of the terrible reviews I can honestly say I am so very grateful to Alpha taxis the call handlers nothing is to much for them.they are so polite and friendly with me and the taxi drivers have been great. I use a lot of taxis everyday day an my grandchildren also use Alpha taxis. So from me an my family thank you Alpha for making g my life that bit easier. Denise x

Beware. Quoted fare rose from £52 to £72 for a direct route from Ventnor to the hoverport.

Driver left his handbrake off the car when receiving payment and rolled back into another car, driver then shouted at us to get out and quickly drove away, the other driver then proceeded to shout at us like it was our fault.

I was quoted £40–£45 for a taxi through the Alpha Taxis app, but was charged £73.50 after the driver took a longer motorway route I didn’t request. Their own policy says drivers must take the shortest route unless instructed otherwise, yet I was never asked.

When I contacted Alpha support, they claimed the driver said I requested the route, which I absolutely did not, and they refused to refund the difference. Despite multiple emails and a clear explanation of what happened, they closed the case without resolving it.

Very disappointing customer service and no accountability for overcharging. I’ve now raised this with the Licensing Authority and Citizens Advice.

Driver of KN23BVR white Kia Niro is rude and arrogant, he need a driver training and behaviour training soon. Or recommend him to consult a mental health doctor ASAP please

What a awful company, while we understand the chaos in Liverpool yesterday, we managed to get out the city to order a alpha taxis and promised a taxis within 30 mins waited in the pouring rain with 2 children. Taxis came but was the wrong side of the road, crossed the busy road to get to him. Told him it was us and he waved us away with his glasses and drove off (left us in the pouring rain in the dark) then called back the man was nice said he knows the driver and would let his manager know, couldn’t apologise enough and promised a taxis quicker but we had to get back to original area.. crossed the busy road again, waiting another 20 mins to be told the taxis had arrived (no taxis in sight!!) called back to be told someone had taken our taxis, what with the same name and destination us? And weird that we didn’t even see it. But they couldn’t send out another one because they were fully booked.. no chance of one at all!! we could of used that hour to try another company but trusted they would pick us up as promised. Shame on your company

Got told 10 minutes for taxi from hickory's in southport... Waited nearly an hour... Rang operator only to get sarcasm... Never again... AVOID AVOID AVOID. Will be using uber from now on.

SINGLE WOMEN NOT SAFE!!!! DO NOT USE!
I prepaid for my journey as always, but when I reached work, the driver demanded money and made me close the door and stay in the car. I couldn't even go into work (a few yards away) to get some cash. I had to call a work colleague to bring the money out. I checked my bank and showed the driver my payment but he didn't understand English. I called the office and they said I will have to go to a cash machine. Firstly I didn't have my bank card hence why I paid by Apple pay and I really did not want to go anywhere with that terrifying man. I have called the Police and lodged a complaint as this is totally unacceptable. How is a woman meant to be safe in todays society when even the Taxi companies are hiring monsters with no respect for women?

Absolute terrible service. Why employ people who cant speak a word of English? i dont get it!!! Just had to get out of the taxi and couldnt reach my destination because the driver didnt have a clue where he was going and i couldnt even give him directions due to the language barrier!!! Ive had to walk all the way back home, with an ongoing back issue! Alpha sort this out please!!!!
