Excellent customer service!

I’ve used Almond Art previously but not for a few years. I don’t know why I’ve chosen to use other suppliers but I’ll definitely be choosing them more often in the future. I recently placed an order which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately a couple of the cake drums were damaged so I emailed their sales department. Their email reply was swift and they followed up with a replacement drums in less than 2 days. When so many companies now blame Covid for delays in responding and delayed post, Almond Art is a fine example of how a company can be run.

Online Ordering Perfection

Placed my first order on the 28th of March at 11am and i received it at 10am the following day.
Couldn't have asked for a better service and will defiantly be ordering from them again in the future.
If only all online retailers were this effective.
