Unreliable and unresponsive

Advertises hard to find fragrances that I don't believe they have in stock or are able to get. Sent three requests for updates on my order and heard nothing. Ordered fragrances more than two months ago and copied the order information. They did not charge my credit card, but do have my information. They did not send a confirmation email nor is there any way to set up an account. Yet they take your credit card information for products apparently not in stock.

I checked TrustPilot before I used them and they had a good rating.
