We certainly hope we can provide a bit more information to assist, and hope you may be interested in providing your ongoing feedback to help us with product curations in the future (details below)! In regards to our shipping timelines, shipping times will vary slightly from season to season, which is why we will always release a shipping timeline at the start of each quarter. We always aim to begin shipping our seasonal box in the first month of the season, with boxes continuously shipping over the following 3-4 weeks and on a rolling basis thereafter. At the start of each season, we’ll always share a projected shipping timeline in your My Account and in our FAQs. I also want to be sure you are aware as well of the Live Warehouse Updates modal in your My Account page where you can easily access shipping timelines and updates throughout the season. As transparency is key for us and we want to ensure our members stay informed. This Spring ’23 Season, boxes are expected to ship from the end of March throughout the month of April.
To provide a bit more information about how we are curating boxes, Alltrue prior to the past year or so, used to typically offer 2-4 customizable choice products in each seasonal box, with the remaining products being the same for all members (a get what you get option). Rather than reverting back to this to allow for plenty of variety, we brought back some member favorites in order to allow customization every single item in the box, rather than just a few, as some members do love stocking up on a past favorite item, and new members love the options to choose these!
To give a bit of insight into this current season’s curation, this Spring ’23 season we have six choice categories, with a total of 32 different items being offered, making up a whopping 65 thousand possible box combination options — the most we’ve ever had! We are trying to offer as much choice as possible, and in doing so, we have decided to offer past favorites in several of these product categories, largely based on feedback from the community, to provide a variety of options for every choice category. I should be sure to note that all six choice categories do have at least one brand new item, with most including 2, 3, or 4 brand new products for this season.
That being said, we want every single member to be blown away with the options and variety of the sustainable and thoughtful products being offered by our artisan and small business partners in every box. If interested, we would absolutely love to make you a part of our product survey group. That means you would receive a product survey each season asking to rate certain items, or share what products you would like to see more of. If interested, please email our support team to add you the Product Survey list. This invaluable feedback helps us curate future boxes we hope our entire community will love.

I truly do LOVE ❤️ this subscription box!!! I have ‘discovered’ so many wonderful products through CAUSEBOX/ALLTRUE! I regularly order products that I first learned about through the BOX. My biggest issue is with the delays in shipping AFTER the funds have been deducted from my account. I’m Not Happy with the increase in fees for this service, but I realize that the cost of EVERYTHING has increased recently. I would like to be able to select items from previous boxes that I especially liked.
