I first joined when it was Causebox and have received some very nice items over the years. Recently I stopped getting notification that it is time to make my selections and ended up getting things I... See more

Always products I want with several choices available at each level
I don't find the seasonal boxes carry nearly as good a choice selection (in terms of the quality and diversity) as in the past, to the point where I find I often don't really want any of the choices. That didn't used to happen.
Everything good was out of stock and I picked my box as soon as I could. Im probably going to cancel because I'm not g oing to pay for what I don't want

Shipping times are extremely long. Lack of communication regarding customizations and shipping times. Repeat items in boxes.

Shipping takes a long time and the items to choose from repeat alot
I am so happy with everything that Alltrue sent me. Every single thing was beautiful and useful and unique.
I get these every year as Christmas gifts for my 2 daughters and my 5 granddaughters. They always say it's the best part of Christmas! Great, useful products and great support for small businesses. I've been gifting these for around 10 years!
All true provides a quarterly gift to myself of a mixture of quirky, practical and beautiful things for a very reasonable subscription price. The booklet that comes in the box is fun and informative- and when I come home and see the unmistakeable box at my door I always smile.
I appreciate the varied products that are offered. Also, knowing the history behind the companies/creators is great.
In doing this so many years, the items are often used over and over again
I enjoy the variety of things encompassed in the boxes from home goods to simple but thoughtful clothing. I also enjoy that it’s not so many boxes as to be an overwhelming number of things showing up. That being said, it can be rather hit or miss when some products are repeated over the years, and I often seem to have trouble with consistent shipping performance.
I do enjoy the variety of selections offered each season, my only complaint is the time it takes for receiving your box, expect at least 2-3 months.
Canadian here... Website purposefully vague and consistently buggy, hard to find information, shipment dates inaccurate. For instance, it's 4/8/26, and the 'my box' info shows "spring box coming soon!". We've already received them and are waiting on delivery for summer box - of which there is NO info on dates.
Product choices no better than fff or any other place. Not worth the hassle, the money and the consistent feeling you're being jipped.

I used to love this - got sustainable products and things that were beautifully made. Now it's like the leftover items from a crappy gift closet tossed in a box. Things no one needs or wants - half the time with the price tags left on - rarely sustainable companies - no longer women-focused. Not impressed.
I used to love this when it was CauseBox. Now it’s just become cheap crap that no one needs and it barely usable. Can’t be even close to $250 in value. It’s really just trash. It’s like, stuff companies couldn’t sell due to quality issues. I can’t use most of what I got, and it’s often broken. Would not recommend this company any longer. I wish I could, but it’s just a scam at this point.
I placed an order at the end of May. I immediately received an email with a payment confirmation, but no order confirmation number or order details. After about a month, I still hadn’t received my products. I contacted customer service and was told very vaguely that my order would ship “sometime in June or July.” June was nearly over at that point, so I just hoped it would come “sometime in July.” I JUST received my box yesterday…more than two months after I placed the order. No shipment confirmation sent (even though they promised to send one once the order shipped), but I did receive an email a few days ago saying that two of the items I ordered were not available and that they issued a refund for those (after keeping my money for two months). Additionally, when I opened the box I noticed that the items in the box are all dirty and of poor quality. I’m super disappointed this site and will not purchase again. $220 for a box of junk.
This company charges people for their products and then doesn’t send the product. When you try to contact customer service to find out what happened or get a refund, they ghost you. They are essentially stealing.
This is a total scam, a money suck. They send the cheapest stuff and advertise products that they won't send. What a waste of money. So, disappointed that my friend gifted me this.
