Well done job - selling my apartment in Dubai!

I worked with Adil Siddiqui on securing my new home, and his dedication stood out. He was proactive from the start, showing me options that fit my layout preferences and budget. Even when an initial deal fell through, he kept checking in and found exactly what I needed close to work and matching my preferred layout. He negotiated smoothly and stood by me during challenges on the seller’s side, offering solid advice and support. Even after the purchase, he assisted with move-in issues, going beyond expectations. I highly recommend Adil for his persistence, professionalism, and personal commitment.

Ryan Hudson was my agent from Allsopp & Allsopp to sell my 2 bedroom sea-view apartment in JBR. He started off saying he could sell it is for AED 1.4m and then kept reducing the price every few weeks until ultimately he said it was only worth AED 700,000. Extremely shady way to do business. Stay away.

My brother and I recently rented and had a bad experience with a different letting agency. Robert from Allsopp & Allsopp was professional, finding us a great place to stay for a reasonable monthly rent. Also he communicated at every small issue so far and guided is through.
I don't know if we are lucky, but we are both pretty satisfied with how we were treated, so definitely a recommendation to others.

I was impressed with the sales speech given to me from Allsopp in Coventry ... ‘You get what you pay for’ So although more expensive I went with them. Big mistake! I was informed I had viewing on Saturday I waited in the car up the road for the viewing to take place and no one turned up, I thought oh they have cancelled and it was too late for Allsopp to jet me know, no problem. Then on Monday I had a text feedback for the viewing that didn’t happen!! The clients thought house too small really??? No one turned up! !! I phoned up and played along and was told yes clients said too small. When they realised I knew that no one turned up the response was ‘yeh I dropped the ball’ ‘yeh I should be more responsible’ The branch manager did not call me back as promised to explain as I requested... unbelievable horrendous customer service. Do not trust this estate agents.

My experience with the Coventry staff at Allsopp & Allsopp has been outstanding.
I originally booked to see one apartment with Bradley, before he arrived he rung and asked whether i would like to see all the apartments that they had available in that building and Im so glad he did as i actually chose one of the others i hadn't been interested in viewing prior.
Bradleys service was amazing, he would message me back straight away even out of hours he would WhatsApp me to assure me of next steps and the current progress.
I genuinely can't fault his service and even after i have got the keys he has messaged to ask if everything is okay with the apartment.
I have made it very well known to others that are in my line of business that this company have been so easy to deal with and communication is a 10/10.
They are reliable and on the customers agenda at all times which is what a lot of companies lack however i can honestly say this branch have nailed the customer experience!
I will most definitely be doing business with Bradley and the Team at Coventry branch again.
