Very poor service - the engineers fitted the wrong electric gate motors which didn’t open wide enough to allow access to the drive and then told me it was a new health and safely regulation and gates cannot open more than 110 degrees to stop anyone being crushed . My husband had a stoke and the ambulance couldn’t access the house . I have called them repeatedly to come and sort the situation out but they don’t return calls. My husband can’t come home until the ambulance has access ! We have lost over a metre of access as the gates won’t fully open and there is a stone wall on the other side so the angle is too tight.
