Ordered two pairs of batting gloves on 24th March and paid for delivery within 5 working days. 2 weeks later no product so used the online customer service portal. To be fair they responded within 24 hours and told me that one of the products was faulty and offered me an alternative. This I agreed to and they stated that it would be despatched immediately. Now on 18th April and no product. Despite many attempts to email through customer support, calls to the Leeds branch (not detailed on website), I have no response so have no alternative but to try and get my money back through other means.
Avoid like the Plague. How can any business operate like this.
Going bust?
If I could give less I would, I ordered a helmet in February, taking into account the T’s + C’s of personalised items being upto 25 working days. I was comfortable with this, as the helmet would arrive prior to the 1st game.
Fast forward 8 weeks, still no confirmation it’s been posted, never mind received.
Numerous emails sent, to which I had reply’s in good time, the all of a sudden no response.
The blame is being put onto the manufacturer (shrey) i requested the helmet to be with me by Friday last week, all of a sudden a response saying “shrey have said we will have the helmet on Friday” I’ve emailed every day since, to zero response.
I could be very well mistaken, but it feels like this is a business close to closure, given the blagging and no responses, and judging by the recent reviews on here.
My club has also asked to fully remove our club shop from their site, given similar experiences.

I posted a comment on their social media, to my surprise, a reply. Tried to tell me they posted about a delay to Shrey products, there was no post. They tried to make a joke out of their poor service, I commented back with a link to this page. I’m now blocked and cannot see their social media page! Currently £125 down, with no helmet.
Disappointing Service and Poor Quality Product - Buyer Beware
I recently faced a frustrating issue with All-Rounder Cricket after purchasing a Gray Nicolls Legends cricket bag from them. This was supposed to be a premium product, given its high cost and the brand's reputation. However, just after a single season of use, the bag began to fall apart. The damage wasn't due to wear and tear but appeared to be a significant flaw in its construction, as it shredded in an unusual area.
When I reached out to All-Rounder Cricket for assistance, hoping for a reasonable solution, their response was far from satisfactory. Despite providing evidence that the bag's deterioration was due to a manufacturing defect, I was informed that they could not help because the bag was purchased nearly two years ago and only covered under a six-month manufacturer's warranty.
This policy feels extremely restrictive, especially for high-value items that one would expect to last well beyond such a short timeframe. The lack of flexibility in their customer service and their adherence to a stringent warranty policy that does not account for the longevity one would expect from premium products is disheartening.
I am deeply disappointed, not just in the product's poor quality but in the retailer's handling of the situation. I would urge potential customers to consider this experience when looking to purchase from All-Rounder Cricket. It's crucial to be aware that their customer support and warranty policies may not provide the support you expect when issues arise.
Sending wrong order and not responding
Poor customer service. Ordered all rounder cricket shoes received spiked ones and immediately contacted them via email as phone lines are never ever answered. Received email with instructions but NO attached label to allow me to return the wrong ones. Still also never had or informed on when the correct shoes will be delivered. After 4 emails and comments and other social media comments (now blocked) I am still £50 down with a pair of shoes I do not want cannot return. A shame because they were good to buy from but never again

Received a damaged bat and what a painful experience trying to get it replaced.
After 6 days I had a response saying they would take it back to inspect but I had to take it to a drop off point.
Missed my daughters Bday which they were aware of. Will never use again.
Cricket helmet
I ordered cricket helmet for my son on friday and it arrived today. I was kept informed all along and was impressed with the service. Price was great and had extra £5off when i registered. I have no issue recommending allround cricket.

I agree with all of the other reviews. I bought a Feed Buddy Pro for my son for Christmas. Product was faulty, I have e mailed, contacted via chat, returned the product, 4 weeks later no response at all and £125 out of pocket. You would think a reply would not be too much! Please can someone contact me!

Avoid at all costs!! ZERO customer service. I ordered a £220 cricket bat on 1st December 2023 as a Christmas present. On the website it said it was a pre-order and would be delivered by 18th December.
On 18th December after hearing nothing I tried to contact them on live chat, my message was read and ignored, after 10 minutes I was kicked off the live chat. I followed this up by phoning and getting an automated messaged so I also emailed on 19th Dec. and requested a refund if my item couldn’t be delivered.
By 1st Jan I hadn’t heard anything so I was a little p!ssed to say the least. I found the company directors details via companies house on the .gov website (anyone can do this :D) names, address etc. found them on social media and turns out I have a friend of a friend of a friend high up in the business world of Yorkshire. Luckily my contact messaged the director of this abysmal company….THE BAT WAS POSTED OUT THE NEXT DAY!!!! Zero contact from the company though, no explanation why it took for the director to be contacted to actually send my item out. I urge you to report this company to the Financial Conduct Authority and Trading Standards if warranted. How this company is still trading is baffling! From previous reviews it seems apparent that some people aren’t getting any items or refunds and are being left out of pocket having to try and claim back through their bank which is disgusting.
Poor customer service
Ordered before Xmas from here. Didn't get a receipt attached to my email. Item was faulty, told I need to report in 7days. How's that possible if it was a Xmas present. After several emails they've still not contacted me regarding a refund or a replacement. Avoid like the plague.
No answer
I ordered an Airtrack mat for my daughters Christmas present at the end of Nov, delivery was all fine but when opened at Christmas it deflates after a few hours so is not usable. I have contacted via email, contact forms, live chat, FB messenger (which I can see have been read but no response) and tried ringing the numbers given to both the shops and customer services. The shops are not answered and CS just is answerphone message saying email or live chat which I have done with no response. I want a refund and collection of the faulty item but looks like I wont get this and will have to try gaining it through my bank. What awful customer services

On 3 Dec I ordered a cricket bat from you (#8000042013). You took my money on 4 December despite subsequently informing me that this was a pre-order and there was a delay. Because of this I emailed you on 13th December to alter the delivery to and address in Folkestone, where I and the recipient would be for Christmas. As I was travelling to Kent on 20 Dec DHL messaged me to inform me that the bat had been delivered to my address in Teignmouth and that I had signed for it! It had, in fact been dumped on my doorstep where my kind neighbour had to rescue it and went to the trouble, expense and stress of forwarding it to Folkestone in time for my little grandson to received it at Christmas. Despite at least 2 emails to your company asking for an explanation, apology and compensation for not inconsiderable cost of re-delivery and stress caused, I have heard nothing! I will not be buying from you again and neither will any of my cricket loving friends and relations.

A surprisingly great experience
I was quite concerned after having placed the order and then seen the negative reviews on trustpilot, however my experience was very positive. The hockey stick was at a very competitive price (this year's model), and when I contacted Allrounder on live chat I had a response AND a phone call from them within 5 minutes confirming that my stick would be with me this week (I ordered it last week). It's now Thursday and the stick arrived today in perfect condition.
No delivery and no response to emails
I order equipment for my son, I have yet to receive my delivery and no response after numerous attempts to contact them! Disgusting service
Terrible Customer Srvice
Sent wrong item, no apology. Refused to acknowledge it was their error and said it was the item that I had ordered. The item described & shown on their website I ordered wasn't the item I received.
Told me to return it and request replacement and heard nothing to my follow up enquires. Whose paying for the return and postage? Me apparently?!
