I appreciate the quick shipping. I thought the price was right. However the standee was not as described. I'm pretty sure I read it was supposed to be 5 ft 8 inches tall. I'm 5'1 and it's as tall as me. Also there is a huge cut across the forehead of my standee. It looks pretty bad. I got it for a movie premiere at our movie theater, nobody wanted to take a picture with it.

I have had to reorder my poster twice…
I have had to reorder my poster twice and still haven’t received them. They are stuck in a cycle in transit never being delivered. The first order was an address error which is my fault completely but fedex now has two packages and it hasn’t arrived yet. It’s just bouncing between locations from Clarksville, tn to olive branch, Mississippi without being delivered

Failure to replace broken frame
Update:after reaching out a fourth time, they assured me I would be sent the correct product. They did send the framed posted this time, but again the frame was destroyed. What is clear is the frames they use are very cheaply made and of poor quality. I would highly recommend avoiding this company, especially if you want to order something framed, as it’ll most likely come destroyed. Also, the comment from the company on the original review said to reach out to the customer care team, and I can assure they were the ones who took 4 tries to get it right. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you!!
I ordered a frame World Cup poster. The order came destroyed, the frame in pieces and a big crease running down the middle of the poster. I reach out and they agree to replace it. They send a poster without the frame. I reach out again telling them they only sent a poster and no frame. I just got the third delivery and again, they shipped a poster with no frame. So now I am having to reach out again to try and get what I actually ordered!

Updating my rating as customer service did provide a refund for the initial poster that was crushed. I kept the second one as I was able to smooth out most of the wrinkles.
