Terrible policies and fees. They charged me a $50 fee on a $17 missed toll. They said they sent me one letter about it three years ago. I didn't know about the missed toll and don't recall the letter. Then they threatened that my license could be revoked if I didn't pay the fee. I only knew about his because I called EZPass with a question and they flagged this for me. I called the collection agency in good faith to settle it. In no universe does a $50 on a $17 charge make sense. It's extortion. Awful.

I’ve been a Customer for over 7 years. Alliance is a great company and I never have any issues. Factoring with them is fast, easy and affordable, especially considering the services they provide

I was turned on to factoring by one of my customers. They typically paid their invoices between 15 and 20 days. They told me they needed new terms of 45 days. I can't run my business, especially with meeting my payroll waiting this long to get paid. They told me to call Alliance One to inquire about factoring. I setup an new account and a week later I was approved and I received my first funding.

This company debited money from my account on the wrong date, I spoke with several customer service representatives along with a supervisor and I’ve yet to receive my refund. The customer service agents are very rude and dismissive, I was only able to speak to ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT that was knowledgeable and kind. They lie saying they’ll call you back but actually NEVER DO, it’s almost like they purposely do that so you just continuously go in circles. I HIGHELY suggest you avoid this company at all costs. A true nightmare.

My reviews are scored based on experience and to either give referrals or advise "buyer beware". I use reviews a lot before making decisions and hope this serves useful to anyone reading.

Alliance one seems to be a decent company on surface. It had decent reviews, and Mr. Divinio (sales rep) was very personable.

Once my account was "approved" things went downhill when I was assigned an account manager Mrs. Grignon whom often spoke over me and several of my clients referred to as "obnoxious". Based on my experience i I would have to agree with them.

When I first contacted AllianceOne, I clearly communicated the expediency in which I needed Factoring to take place and asked whether or not they could do it in said timeframe. I was assured by my account manager and also the CEO Mr. Albrandi that what I communicated could be done in a timely manner.

I will take a moment here to say I was very persistent and consistent in communicating said needs to both my account rep and the CEO, which may have been a turn off causing the deal to fall short. Which I was fine with there are plenty of other factoring companies out there, and I was able to get a deal done in a timely manner with another company.

The reason why I advise anyone who considers this company to beware before buying is that professionalism can quickly go out of the window when dealing with this company.

As mentioned before I communicated my need for funds because i had urgent payroll liabilities to take care of. This company not only fell short on delivering but they held funds from another company for DAYS. They were aware that had a new factoring facility and that a release was coming from my previous one and still held the money knowing that I had a dire need.

On top of that, their ability to hold these funds came from the account manager prematurely reaching out to my clients with a Notice of Assignment before the deal was closed out causing my clients to mail them a check directly. This check was for over $7k which may not be much to them but is a significant amount to me.

While I could expound upon my disappointment with this company, I will simply leave it at Buyer Beware, and if you do go forward and things go awry "I told you so".

I consider myself extremely lucky to be Banking with Alliance One. I am not an “easy fit” because I am a high credit risk. My credit has been bad since the thought of credit was introduced. I was turned down by 21 invoice factoring agencies before finding Alliance One. My Business factoring history was poor as well. It was just back in December 2015 I failed to pay my previous factoring company and a lien was placed on all my business assets. This derogatory history played a major role in constant denials from factoring companies that advertised approval for less than perfect credit or approval to everyone. This provided a false sense of hope while I constaly searched for a factoring company to assist with my extremely small payroll needs. With Alliance One the decision came quickly. It didn’t matter that I had been previously evicted, or had filed for bankruptcy. Nor did it matter that I had a bad check or too in the past. With Alliance One I was treated like person with a clear credit history. My Business was viewed not for it’s short comings but extended constant credit without limits or restrictions of any kind. Alliance One has allowed me to pay my employees without having to worry about the client being a net 30 or 45 day slow payer. Alliance One has allowed my security business to thrive just as any other. Thank you Alliance One.
