They did not cancel my membership as…

They did not cancel my membership as promised and they said it would take 5-7 business days to process my refund but it still hasn’t happened and it’s been way over that time frame, instead they keep debiting money from my account

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Total scam! Went to make a purchase for an item, told me the transaction failed and tried to make to re do the transaction! 2 days later I get a fraud alert and they confirm I’m enrolled in a subscription I didn’t sign up to! Do not trust this company at all!
