As a legal professional, I have very high standards when it comes to service, transparency, and results. I am pleased to say that Alim Live Academy has exceeded these expectations.

My two children are currently enrolled, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The teachers are highly skilled, engaging, and dedicated to their students' progress. Furthermore, the administration and support staff are incredibly efficient and professional, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and any queries are handled promptly.

It is rare to find an educational platform where both the teaching quality and the administrative support are equally strong. I highly recommend Alim Live Academy to any parent looking for a reliable and high-quality learning environment for their children.
Alternative Short Version:

Tutors continue to miss or arrive late to lessons, if they do arrive on time then there is a very high chance of the tutor having internet connection issues, due to this I cancelled but they continue to take the direct debit. I noticed they took two months extra and they did apologise but no refund was given, they said it would not happened again so I left it as that. 10 months later I see the have been taking £136 every single month and have not rectified the issue, when I contacted them for my money back and cancellation AGAIN they just responded with an automatic reply. They have been stealing money from us for over a year now and have not refunded any of it. They continue to avoid my messages and I will be taking this further. I have images and voice recordings of everything and will provide on request to anyone who wants to see it, so please email me if you want to see what this company are like!

We have been doing classes for over a month now and my son is really enjoying them. Teacher communication is great, very professional. This is the third provider we have tried and we will definitely be continuing to use this provider for the long term. Very happy.

The Egyptian teacher Aia is absolutely fantastic, she always comes to the lesson with lots of positive energy and enthusiasm which encourages and motivates my 8 year old son to do his best. She always gives me feedback at the end of each lesson and shares resources along the way to help learning. Jazakallah sister for all your efforts.

My daughter has been attending sessions at this school, and we are very happy with the experience. Her teacher, Hadeer, has been wonderful and very supportive. My daughter enjoys the sessions and always looks forward to them. The service and care provided by the school are excellent. Thank you!

I had a trial Hifz lesson with teacher Asmaa for my daughter very lovely, gentle teacher and very attentive looking forward to the Hifz class my daughter really likes this teacher.

Hana is an amazing teacher to my daughter, Hana has been teaching my daughter for over 1year now and I have seen huge improvements in my daughters Arabic recitation and memorisation. Hana is also very kind and patient towards my daughter. And is flexible to my availability

My daughter and I are very happy with Hana and excited to see how my daughter knowledge and love grows more towards Islam.

My son has been a student for a couple of months now and his teacher is excellent. I have seen a noticeable improvement to his reading and tajweed.

The teacher is is very understanding and encouraging .My daughter likes her teaching. She wants to take classes with her.

The class is one to one online on zoom. The teacher Shimaa is prompt in taking lessons. They are very understanding and accommodating when my daughter can't attend class. Communication with the staff is very good.
I am very happy with the teacher as she listens and guides my daughter with every word and the with the correct pronunciation/ tajweed. At times she makes my daughter repeat the word several times till she gets it right.

We took two free trial sessions and at the end of the first lesson itself it was apparent that the teaching would be very beneficial for my daughter. It's a little over a month since we started and my daughter who is 12 years old is enjoying her classes and more confident in her recitation.

Had a trial lesson with Sarah Nour and she was exceptional in her teaching. She was attentive throughout and interactive making the teaching more memorable for my 7 year old. Would highly recommend. This is a very unprofessional and unreliable company. Twice, the teacher left us waiting for class for hours, with no response or contact. 2 hours later she says she is on holiday and can "maybe" do the class next time. I was also repeatedly harassed for extra payments and told I owe money, despite providing proof many times from my bank. Just when I told Alimlive that my bank has said they will be investigating Alimlive's claims that they have not received my money, miraculously Alimlive received the money. Disgusting behaviour from a company who claims to teach Islamic foundations. I have discontinued using them despite being owed classes I have already paid for.
