Don't rent an office from them.

Because my work was bad, I wanted to leave my office before the first year was up. I emailed them four months in advance and explained my intention to leave. I was hoping we could reach a mutual agreement. They told me I could leave a month early. I was happy to agree and paid for the last three months, even though my situation was difficult. When the last month came, they took my deposit and deducted the last month's rent. They hadn't provided me with any such information beforehand. This company is a liar. They lie with ease. Do not work with this company.
