Excellent communication from start to finish. Attentive service from the office, polite drivers - the company went out of their way (literally) to accommodate my delivery request. I highly recommend.

Recently returned to the UK from Portugal. As I only had a small load of 1 suitcase and 5 boxes Algarve Removals advised that my items would form part of a larger load of other deliveries. Every step was explained in a professional, courteous manner and they handled Customs. From door to door (with a change of delivery address in between) it took 2 weeks. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Absolutely 5 star! Respond to emails within seconds (literally), receive goods for sign off, take care of import and insurance and offer unbeatable prices. I wish I'd known about Algarve removals years ago! I'm not moving house but will now use them regularly to receive goods from the UK to the EU. Thanks so much!

I would avoid this company like the plague. After the quote the price goes up for any reason. Additional packing, or your driveway is too long. And your personal items are cargo and nothing more. And when they damage them, which they will they will offer you buttons which will in no way compensate your loss or actually replace your items. They simply do not care..

Their response to my enquiry was almost immediate. They kept me in the loop at every turn and I wasn't left wondering if goods had arrived or been dispatched for any length of time. A very fast, friendly, and efficient service. I highly recommend them.

Great service in the UK and with team in Spain. All good until I had the audacity to complain about a treasured damaged picture (the glass was smashed and the picture scratched and ruined). Initially there was no apology. Subsequently an apology was received from a Director but it was clear from his communication that he didn’t really care. He repeatedly pointed out that “accidents do happen” and “we are only human”. I accept that but customer service from a so called “Director” should be more considered, understanding and genuine. He has let us and his team down.
In sum, excellent service from the teams involved. They do a good job. But just hope you do not have to have any dealings with the “Director”.

I have now been using Algarve Removals for the last 3 years and their service has always impressed me. From moving our home from the UK to Silves and now our monthly deliveries am always impressed with their communications and rapid delivery times. Everytime I use Algarve Removals I am always so impressed by their efficiency but also by their staff in both the English and Portuguese depots. They are so very helpful and friendly to deal with. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I receive from them.

Algarve Removals managed to pick up a consignment of goods (many of which were fragile), and meticulously packed everything exceptionally well. This was also done with little notice. Goods arrived in the Algarve the following week and the Gents unloaded all boxes in places requested cheerfully. A very courteous team both in the UK and in Portugal. Zero breakages or damage.
