Really positive experience with this…

Really positive experience with this company. Have travelled with them before, however this time our holiday was postponed due to covid.
We have now opted not to go until things have settled down. They emailed to confirm all the details and the refund was fast - Received the full refund faster then we expected it. Really positive experience with their customer service team and we will be booking again with them when we are allowed to travel again.

bad cancelling and refunding policy

you are expected to be charged for cancelling but if they cancel themselves within a week from depart they don't refund promptly at all and they don't even let you know when. I had to ask my credit card to be refunded.
