Forno installato sul mio rimorchio street food,il forno è ben isolato(isolante ceramico)e ben costruito,il foro uscita fumi è all'esterno della cavità di cottura e questo limita del 95% l'uscita del fumo,TOP.
L'Isolante sotto il refrattario è altamente efficiente(Skamotec)la camera è un po' più bassa degli altri forni,questo lo rende più efficace e meno affamato di legna,pesante e robusto,direi quasi professionale,prezzo interessante...
Unico neo,secondo me,un po' le finiture estetiche da migliorare...
