I visited your Uluwatu store and bought…
I visited your Uluwatu store and bought a pair of suit trousers after checking the care/composition label, which stated **100% cotton**. That was the main reason I purchased them, as this type of design is often made with polyester or viscose blends and I was pleased to find what appeared to be a natural-fibre option.
Afterwards, I noticed the care label said **cold wash only**, which seemed unusual for trousers labelled 100% cotton. I then checked the product on your website, where the composition is listed as **wool/viscose**. The fabric also does not feel like cotton.
So which is correct: the in-store label or the website? What is the actual fabric composition and ratio?
This kind of inconsistency is disappointing and misleading for customers, especially when fabric composition is a key part of the purchase decision. I understand brands need to make a profit, but customers also deserve accurate labelling and basic transparency about what they are buying.
Please clarify the true composition of these trousers and review your labelling to ensure customers are not misled.
