The Falco Chaser Boots were sold out in my size in my region.
The only place that had them in stock, was Alexfactory.it .
Great website easy to navigate. Customer service was incredible.They personally reached out to me confirm sizing before shipping.
I was told the boots fit true to size I measured one last time with a measuring tape 28CM exact so I ordered a US10.

The boots arrived they are little bigger then true to size. I should have ordered the US9 1-2 or US9. I now have to wrar incredibly thick socks to properly fill to toe region of the boot
I live in Canada so return shipping and having it shipped back would be very expensive with FED EX International.
So if your regular shoe is true when buying this boot size down by half or one whole size.

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. After I placed the order, the company emailed me to talk about sizing. They wanted to be sure I got it right in the event I was unfamiliar with European sizing and also because I’m a woman purchasing a men’s boot. Very happy with the service I received and the boots fit perfectly!

Very helpful in selecting correct size trials boot for woman's US 5.5. The boot arrived quickly and fit perfectly.

Being in Australia I was a bit apprehensive about buying riding boots from AlexFactory in Italy. I didn't need to worry one bit. Alessio was absolutely fantastic and emailed me several time to ensure I got the right size as Gaerne boots are a bit big apparently. They arrived in a week and fit like a glove.
