We had a wonderful experience with Alexander's. Moving in is such a stressful experience and every single interaction with the team helped to put my mind at ease. From the initial call with the office, to the on-site quote, I felt I was going to be given an accurate and honest estimate of cost. We were given helpful money-saving advice from the office and really good communication throughout. Best of all is that the office handled parking restrictions for us.
On move day, we had a five-person team arrive and they had us out and into our new place in under 5 hours. All were super polite and careful with our personal items, even on a very hot day to be traipsing up and down stairs. We will absolutely be calling Alexander's again for our next move.

Absolutely amazing service from Alexanders team. This was my 2nd time using them after seven years and they did not disappoint again! From the booking process and flexibility of our Account Manager who was so efficient and easy to deal with, to the removal team themselves. We had two teams as moving across the country. Team on pick up were amazing, so polite, professional, and super fast. Team on drop off were excellent and friendly as well. Can't recommend Alexander's enough. I don’t usually write these, but I’m hoping this will help anyone who’s trying to find a trustworthy moving company. Justyna was really helpful and everyone I’ve spoken to was understanding and considerate of my situation. I had to move my things last minute due to personal circumstances, but because I was out of the country and I couldn’t guesstimate how much stuff I had to pack, it was really difficult for me to find a company who was willing to pack my belongings and move everything to storage within three days. I was also abroad so phone calls and time differences were really difficult to arrange, but the whole time they were super understanding and accommodating. It was a really stressful situation for me, but they made the whole process stress free and I couldn’t recommend them more. This is the first time I’ve used this moving company and I will definitely continue to use them from here on out.

My two experiences of using Alexander's, first for moving out and into storage and then moving in, were excellent from start to finish, with both moves going really smoothly. The removals guys were friendly and worked incredibly hard.

I must also thank everyone in the offices because from the very first contact, they too were friendly and very helpful, always responding quickly to emails. In fact, it felt very much like a family set-up, something that almost always lends itself to a good outcome.

From the initial quote, pre move friendly communications through to the actual move - Alexanders Removals and Storage really helped us deal with our move. I had a few removal companies come to give initial quotes but really liked Tony from Alexanders, everything post initial quote was dealt with really well. The move was for my clients (I'm a PA so this I arranged for my clients) said the following:

Overally, I would absolutely book them again!

We were also offered a full unpacking service on the Sunday during the weekend move, my clients are very time poor so I know this was a huge help to them and the service was brilliant.

We used Alexanders for removal into storage, 6 months' storage, and the move into our new property. The whole experience was a pleasure. Our Move Manager Callie and the other office staff were always quick to respond and were really adaptable to our changing circumstances. The crews which packed, took away and delivered our contents were polite, incredibly kind and quick, considering we had nearly 200 items.

The packing of our contents, from glasses wrapped individually to bespoke crates for pictures, was exemplary, and the cherry on the cake was the free service to collect the boxes and packaging a week after delivery. We can't recommend Alexanders highly enough.

We moved from a 3 storey house last week, to a 3rd floor flat with no lift access. The wonderful team lead by Tomasz with the help of Mateusz and Darek were very proffessional and helpful with this difficult move. We are so grateful. Moved homes with Alexanders last week and they were absolutely fantastic! The crew were patient and it was hard work for them - many floors covered and it all went to perfection. They took the stress out of the whole move and came and collected all the cartons the next day.
