The various people involved from the quotation stage through to installation in a new property were first class. The service was carried out speedily and there were no problems whatsoever. The removal team were courteous and efficient throughout despite a delay of 3-4 hours in gaining access to the new property. Strongly recommended.

A very efficient, timely and friendly sercice

Robin and his team were incredibly efficient and professional, they made our moving process stress free. I would 100% recommend Alexanders.

Super organised and efficient team, from the move manager to the packers and unpackers taking away every last box. We use Alexander's for a big renovation. Our things were safe and sound, and it took away so much stress and time to know they were bookending the works.

I too chose Alexanders for their excellent rating. From start to finish they were thoroughly helpful, and supportive. My projected "out time" from my flat was vastly extended due to unseen problems, but they carried out my removal into storage, and organised long-term storage smoothly. Unpacking/return from store was a worry, since my flat was on the second floor, but their removal men were excellent: despite the additional effort, they returned my property speedily and neatly, and I cannot fault their work in any way. The whole experience with Alexanders has been painless, and the help from every member of the team outstanding.

Alexander were amazing! They were not phased by having to move very heavy furniture up and down floors. They were so quick too and very professional! I would highly recommend!

The packing team, led by Robin, were careful, efficient, well-organised as well as enthusiastic and friendly. The contents of my house were shipped to 3 different destinations (2 overseas) within a week without any mistakes, losses, breakages or delays. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Lukasz, Ryan were phenomenal, they did an amazing job securing my belongings and moving them safely, efficiently and carefully to my new home. I was very impressed by their service.

Just excellent, what a wonder team, beyond efficient, super friendly, polite, super organised and on time. Could not recommend highly enough. Really took the stress out of it all. Worth the money.

Spending money on moving was a bit of an internal battle I was having, but after using Alexanders, I think it was worth the investment. The amount of stress and hassle it saved me was well-needed.

The communication with Callie prior to my move was top notch, they organised parking suspensions with the council on my behalf (there is a cost to pay to the council but would have had no idea I could do it otherwise), and they were up front with costs. For reference, I went to 4 different movers for quotes, and while Alexanders weren't the cheapest, they were the most courteous, didn't push a sale, and provided a competitive quote that I was confident was worth the money.

The movers on the day were keen, helpful, and got the job done. They didn't really stop until everything was where it needed to be. They were very resourceful, and solved any problems quickly.

Will definitely consider using the service in future, though I hope it's not too soon!

The expert team from Alexanders made moving house surprisingly easy and very seamless.

The full packing service was well worth it, and took so much stress out of the process, with the peace of mind that our belongings were being professionally packed.

We live on a busy road and there was limited access to load our things but the team did not complain once and made it work very well.

We had a storage unit to empty as part of the move and this was coordinated from the start to fit into the plan.

The day of the move itself was extremely smooth, and the team took great care to place items in the right room, which has made it so easy to get settled into our new place.

Finally, the Alexanders team returned the next week to take away our boxes and packing materials, which was all part of the excellent end-to-end service. I would highly recommend this company for packing and moving.

From start to finish these guys have been great. They were really helpful in getting me the quote and the day of the removing my furniture they arrived on time, the movers were friendly and they got the job done extremely quickly and it was great finding a company that would move and store my furniture. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the service, from the first point of contact with Justyna Szwajda, my dedicated move manager, to the completion of the move. The whole process was really smooth, including the detailed quote and efficient billing, and attention to detail throughout. I had two destinations for my move, partly to my new home and partly to storage. They paid close attention to my specific requests and double checked when necessary. The move crew turned up exactly on time and were all friendly, professional, courteous and efficient. The packing was done very carefully. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them again if the need arises.

The team did such a great job of moving me from London to Norwich. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, hard work and care from start to finish. And Allison in the office was so reassuring and helpful. Recommended!

Chris and the moving team were brilliant . Such nice guys who went above and beyond when we had more stuff than expected for the move. I had an expensive bed from overseas which they handled and moved with great care. I had no anxiety with this moving team. Sadly, I cant say the same about the administration team at Alexanders who I had to chase up on the booking & who messed up the timings on the day.

Very quick, efficient, friendlly, hardworking and helpful movers (Robin, Geo and Marius). Head office were also helpful in providing boxes and packing equipment and accomodating several changes to our move date. Would reccommend!
