Trustful attitude

Hi everybody,
I just canceled a review I wrote two days ago. My claim has been answered by an IA application that Alessi is trying to put up in order to enhance its CRM (Customer Relationship Management). But unfortunately these IA answers did not meet my expectations. Not only Alessi apologized but offered me to replace the so called "problematic item" which damage was due to a wrong utilization of mine.
Bravo ! 👏
This new answer proves a right attitude towards the client I am and will continue to be.
It reinforces my confidence to the brand and its products.

Extremely disappointed with the quality

Extremely disappointed with the quality. The plastic lid broke after the very first small drop, from only about one meter, and this happened after just two uses. For a premium brand, this is unacceptable. The product may look elegant, but the materials feel flimsy and low quality. I expected durability, but instead I got a fragile product that doesn’t match Alessi’s reputation.

Very helpful and friendly

I contacted Alessi customer services with a question about one of my many Alessi products. I found them very friendly and professional and quick to respond to my request. Incredible service and excellent products

As a designer by profession, I have always loved the quality and design of ALESSI products. Not only do they last the test of time, but have an inherent wit and charm. Good to use and stylishly fun to live with. I have bought many products over the last forty years. I have just contacted the ALESSI team (in both the UK and Italy) regarding a replacement watch strap for my wife and they have been incredibly helpful and caring.Thank you!

New safety valve

There was a spring sticking out of the safety valve from my coffee maker (9090) I emailed and within a day they sent me a new one. (free of charge) that's what I call service

Do not buy from Alessi!!!

Order arrived after severe delays, missing items and what was there was damaged. Has messaged 3 times and nobody has been in touch to resolve.

Please avoid purchasing from Alessi.

Great customer service

I had a great experience with Alessi’s customer service. The rubber ring on my blender broke during normal use, which was frustrating but their support team handled it perfectly. I reached out to them and received a response almost immediately. They were friendly, efficient, and quickly arranged a replacement part free of charge. Highly recommended!

I received incredible customer service…

I received incredible customer service today from alessi. I was in need of some replacement parts.

Customer services responded immediately on their chat facility and then emailed me directly.

I love alessi products. I have been collecting for years. I have never needed any replacements but an accident in the dishwasher damaged something and alessi have given me incredible customer service.

I’m now on their website looking for another piece

The Pulcina espresso maker makes coffe that tastes metalic and comes with low quality coffee funnels that easily break

The Pulcina espresso maker makes coffee with a bitter metalic taste.

The elegant steel Pulcina comes with a low quality thin inner funnel (to put the coffee grounds into), and this broke after a couple of uses. Replacements are all of the same thin metal.

Shame, because the Pulcina is a stylish piece of kitchenware. Very beautiful.

I contacted the company twice - in Italy and Germany and received auto-generated instructions to complain through the same channels I have already used.
