I would recommend everyone to look for…

I would recommend everyone to look for another company for your ventilation options. I have my Inspirair Home S system for three years now. For three years I've experienced the following problems:
- The Aldes Connect app only works on an old android phone from 2018.
- The connectivity with the app fails often. You have to go to a tiresome process to reconnect it again.

At this point, I'm not able reconnect to the modem anymore. So I can't control the system anymore and leave it on one stand only.

For all the issues: don't expect anything from customer support. They won't respond or simply tell you to contact the installateur (ignoring the fact the problem inherently lies with the product/application).

No value for money to be found here.
