I am never able to get into contact with this company!
After sending multiple emails and getting no response I then called and waited in a queue for 30 minutes only to then be told to request a call back
I always have to contact them about arranging a delivery when they are supposed to reach out to me!
My medication is about to run out and it looks like I won't be getting it before Christmas

Absolutely shocking trying to arrange a delivery of my injections. Kept on hold for hours, call back doesn’t work. Takes hours and sometimes days to sort it out.

I have to get an infusion every 2 weeks and my nurse Stefania Gradini is just brilliant she makes me feel so comfortable that I look forward to her coming every fortnight just so relaxed but so professional at the same time definitely a great nurse

I initially tried several times by both email and constantly phoning at different times of the day to get hold of the company. The phone always goes to voicemail and emails were not being responded to - yes, I emailed during non working hours, but a week later I'd still had no response.
I was called back by someone in Customer services after I'd taken the 'request callback' option on the 4th time of phoning (after 15mins it had given this option). Unfortunatly this person was unable to help me as they weren't on the 'delivery scheduling' team, and when they tried to put me through to them, that just rung out too.
later, I was given a new email address to contact on, via a response to my comment on here.
The lady I did speak to was incredibly helpful and professional and managed to get me a delivery date before Christmas. I can see many other positive reviews for the individual staff members, and certainly my experience, once I did manage to get hold of someone, was positive. But, it was an unnecessary stressful and time consuming experience trying to get hold of someone to confirm my delivery date, hence the 3* review overall

This company is EXHAUSTING, no facility to arrange my own online medication delivery so i have to call and sit in a RIDICULUS queue after 32 minutes i have opted for a call back - no real confidence that they will - I need my medication in 3 days, normally they call me to arrange delivery but apparently not this time. If i had known that i would have called them earlier in the month. I have emailed them on customerexperience@alcura-health with all of the details but no response. Thanks Alcura - I will just be sick for Christmas without my meds then shall i?

I never had an issue when phoning this company, until now. I've wasted 3 hours this week so far trying to get hold of them. I'm currently at 45 mins waiting, I'm convinced no one is answering the phones. I've worked in call centres when they transition to new computer systems, but we still answered the calls.

I've been trying to contact Alcura to arrange a routine medication delivery for the past two weeks, so far without success (endless waiting on phone without response and emails returned as address as invalid). So I am now in urgent need of a delivery and have had to contact my NHS specialist team in London for assistance who have better things to do than admin stuff such as this. Getting desperate here.

I had to have home visits for help delivering some injections. I was looked after by a nurse called Raquel who was utterly lovely and made the process as pain free and straightforward as possible.
Would recommend this service to anyone.

She was extremely informative about the medication I was going to be taking to prepare for stem cell donation to ensure I wouldn't have any surprises in the days to come.
Offered to be on call to answer any questions and concerns I may have which again helped me to relax

I would like to give a review for the nurse who comes to my home in Belfast to give me an injection once every 4 weeks. Her name is Alison and she always arrives with a friendly smile. I feel reassured knowing that she will look after me. She lets me know the time and date when she will be arriving. Nothing is too much for her and when recently my injection medication did not arrive she supported me and tried to contact Alcura to find out the reason. She helps in any way that she can. Thank you Alison for being my nurse.

I have only two weeks of medication left, I was supposed to have a delivery last week not received yet, I have been trying to chase this I have been unable to speak to Alcura waited 30 minutes on the phone then given the option for a call back which I asked for, no callback was received. Tried again with no luck I never had this issue in the past frustrating.

Alcura is having yet another period of service failure. They are behind on prescriptions and don't answer phones or acknowledge emails. Yet again they blame their systems. NHS "money for old rope" springs to mind.

Firstly they rang me with a message to return the call - I had no idea who Alcura was. Having worked out who they were , it is impossible to get throught to them. Phone never answered. ( 3 calls of 30 mins ). This was supposed to replace my long drive to hospital for meds.

Iv been on hold for 3 hours today, after half our it just cuts off.
Regardless of what options you choose. Iv filled out a online form,press submit and nothing.
I don't know how a company can operate in this manner when.
These meds are for my child, imagin the stress a older person would be put thru in this situation.

I have been ringing daily for a week been on hold for over 25 mins being told my call is important!. Nobody answers and when you request a call back you don't get one. I did that twice 2 days ago and daily every other day. I have submitted a contact response and I have emailed. I have a co dirion that is triggered by stress. I fly out on holiday in a few days and looks like I'll have to go without my medication. Don't worry Alcura, I am fully insured in case I get ill 😡
Edited: I received a call from Alcura within a couple of hours of posting this review. I am used to rolling out big projects. Whoever has been involved in this needs to face disciplinary action for failing people so badly. I am not the only person

am trying to book a delivery which has become urgent .have lost count of times I have tried to speak on the phone to no avail .the online contact form has a fault as it won'y accept my date of birth so will not send . What can I ?

I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my medication. When I try to call, all I get is a recorded message. To call the service poor would be generous. It's more non-existent.
Update: Alcura responded to this review with a generic message suggesting I contact them via email. I’d already done that already but they never responded.
