ALBERTSONS IS VERY UNETHICAL AND HARSH

ALBERTSONS IS VERY UNETHICAL AND HARSH. Always very difficult obtaining rain checks for "frequently" out of stock items. Also, including even store director refusing to refund customer for "frequently" overcharged items nor to resolve complaints of bad service. To the point of stores making repeated physical threats against customer life and safety. Also, both stores and pharmacy typically are not friendly to disabled people. So sad situation for mistreated customers. Albertsons doesn't care at all about the customers.

What a nasty dirty store-Kalispell Montana

What a nasty dirty store! Don't shop here. The help is so incompetent that there is months outdated food on the shelves, molded produce, meat that stink like a trash dumpster, way too expensive ($4 each for rotten mushy avocados, just one example) and the self checkout is so far off on the prices and will not give the proper discount prices and the manager says "it's not our fault it's the machines fault". You simple minded buffoon, you are the incompetent idiot who can't figure out how to program the simple machine. Every store has these machines and only Albertsons are always so far off it amounts to several dollars overcharge every time and the same argument to get my refund that they refuse to give me back! I just walked out of that store for the last time even though it is the only grocery store within walking distance for me I will just have to drive to another store and waste gas.

I hate Albertsons pharmacy in weatherford texas. These people are so RUDE!!
Any new or transferred prescription your supposed to get a discount like a % off your groceries and they won’t give it to you and I have good RX and they won’t go by the price on it. Says it’s their price not Albertsons.

I used to like this app

I used to like this app, but not that much anymore. I been traying to get in to see if finally I can get a good specials, but, to get in, I have to delete many things on my phone to upgrade this app, when I did the same 2 weeks ago, and the last time when I went to the store, I try to use my "2 rewards " I select something on the list for it, and when i checked the ticket, I'd paid for those things, and the rewards still there, then the app still giving me the advise that I've those there, of course,!! If the system didn't get it.

Delivers to your home & takes EBT but...

I love that Albertsons delivers to our home which is about 20 miles from the store. I also love that they take EBT cards, but you need to make sure you have someone handle your order who knows how to do EBT or else you may have to wait 5-7 days for a credit on your bank account since the cost of order will initially be charged to your credit card. My only complaint with them is that they do not let you know if something is out of stock, so you don't get the chance to order an alternative. Other than that, I love their food and their service.

Self Check Out Assistance Please !

4055 So. Durango Las Vegas, Nevada Albertson is where I do My grocery shopping all the time. My problem is people rarely use the express lane as well as the regular cart full of groceries lane. The reason for this is we are charged regular prices for the just for u sal items as well as the store sale items including those advertised in the paper with coupon. When asked, the cashier would say, it would take it out at the end but it didn’t so I have to make another trip to the store and go to the customer service and clarify the matter. Also, the customer said that I was making her wait on the self check out when there’s several self check out. I said, express lane is over where the cashier was but she too wanted to self check and scan her own. My point is, The store is making it too difficult for me to get my discounts even without h or he coupon, app on phone clipping&phonw number. The help gets so frustrated with me having to assist me everytime on the self check out when I had to beg them for their assistance everytime plus h plus on hers with no heirs as well. They don’t trust cashiers to do I because I hey don’t want to keep going back to customer service to stop straighten everything out, might as well do it in the process of self check out with assistance so everything is clear.

Albertsons

My mother and I always shop at Albertsons and buy the best fruits and vegetables, as well as meats and poultry. One of my favorites is the yogurt parfaits and the fruit bowls. I recommend Albertsons to everyone who shops there on a daily basis.

Good experience

I had a great experience with my Albertsons.com delivery. Very easy to use the online app and I'm not tech savvy. Even though I ordered on my laptop. They sendt a link to my phone to track delivery. Very good experience for low delivery fee. Will definitely use again.

Cheyenne Wyoming Pershing blvd 18…

Cheyenne Wyoming Pershing blvd 18 people in line one cashier. Self checkout( I hate to use) would not display my produce. I ask the person 5 feet away (watching me struggle) for help. She shrugged and walked off! Yes it was the self serve observer. When she returned I said,” if won’t help you may have to put these groceries back, I can’t get this to work”! She said no problem grabbed my cart, the items already bagged, voided the transaction and walked away with my groceries. I’ve been a customer for over 50 years! No more! Hope you don’t bankrupt Safeway like you did yourselves.

Aweful customer service, no management

If I could, I would give the Albertsons location on San Marcos Blvd/corner Rancho Santa Fe Road in San Marcos ZERO or NEGATIVE stars. It’s sad to think that they are the same corporation as the Albertsons on San Elijo Road…
A few days before Thanksgiving, we bought a huge ribeye roast, about 22 pounds. About 3 days after we had bought it, we took it out of the butcher wrapping paper and noticed a strange odor coming from the roast. We called Albertsons and were asked to return the product. About 12 hours later, my husband went to the store for the return. In the meantime, I had started to prepare a turkey instead. I didn't even think about anything, thinking my husband would come home with a refund back to my credit card or at least a store gift card. But noooooooo.... They told him that he needed to get exactly what we had bought before, so he was assured that it was store policy that he HAD TO get another huge roast again. I was very upset when he came home with another roast, this time still in shrink wrap. This one weighed in at about 25.20 pounds, regular price at $10.99 pound was $276.75. Since our previous roast was a little lighter due to being trimmed and due to not having had to pay for the heavy duty plastic wrap, my husband was seriously asked to pay an additional $20. I called the store and was told the store manager was not there. So I filed a complaint online on the Albertsons website. That was on November 25, 2020. We waited a couple of days, and since we had not heard back and were assured the store would “eventually” get back to us. We decided to open the heavy duty shipping plastic on the roast and cut and freeze it. It turned out there was a reason why we had to pay an additional $20 – we had about 3 pounds of excess fat on that roast, and that is the fat beyond the normal fat needed. Plus the shipping plastic – they took our additional money to pay for trash. Nice…
Ever since then, I am being stalled and mocked by Albertsons customer service. The store manager NEVER called us. In one of the emails from customer service, they seriously had the audacity to tell me that the store insisted that someone had called us on 11/28 and on 11/29. Very strange, as my phone records do not show any incoming calls on both days from an Albertson store. Instead, I had to send them my phone number again per email. So I did. I repeatedly asked for the name of the so-called “manager” at that location as I have never in my life experienced such bad or rather non-existent customer service, but the answer to that question that I must have asked 3 times now per email is being avoided. After at least 7 or 8 more emails from me, always inquiring when I would be contacted, even requesting to be contacted via email, I am still waiting to hear from anyone over at that store site. In one emails I was told that the store refused to communicate via email. It had to be via phone. I wonder why that is? So that there is no trace of any communication?
I avoided Albertsons since that day completely. I do not do business with a store that treats customers like that. Shame on them, and shame on corporate to have such incompetent management in place there.

Rude Floral Employee who judge based on her opionion

As I was getting product to purchase, i was rudely informed by the floral department employee that they are limiting the amount of product that I was able to purchase because of issue that they are having with other business in town buying them out of their products. There was no sign posted which said anything of the limit and the employee presumed that I was associated with the other business. I don't understand why if you are purchasing as a consumer why they would no want to sell? She was very rude and I will never shop in a place that makes decision based on other people. Also as I was checking out, the employee did not care enough and smashed and broke the product that I they limited.

Albertsons on 181st and Glisan

Albertsons on 181st and Glisan, is one of the nastiest doors I've walked into yet to grocery shop. They do not wipe their shopping baskets down, no workers are wearing any mask, no workers are wearing any class not for stocking or for checking people out, and the biggest problem that I'm having is is that they are not wiping the terminals down after each customer that has not come in together. Now I don't know if they remember that there is a coronavirus out but there still is and there is no cure and there is no vaccine. We are still currently in Phase 1 in Montgomery County and they wonder why. It's because people are going to grocery stores like these ones and they are not taking the proper precautions and so that means that you'll need to bring your own wipes your own hand sanitizer and your own Mass to the store to make sure that you are not being contaminated because the workers there are supposed to be essential and the people that are there are not caring for themselves as well as others and as long as that's happening coronavirus will keep spreading. Now I'm sure that our governor has guidelines for what these businesses need to do I'm going to start reporting in the first one is Albertsons they are not doing taking the proper precautions. When it first started they had spray bottles at the registers they was making sure after each customer they wiped it down they were making sure that there were bags available and now nothing. So when I called customer service they told me that they don't have any regulations or rules they need to follow and if that's the case they need to have a superior called me back because I also spoke with the supervisor in customer service for our sins. They just as well don't care so why everybody spending their money there and is willing to go there because they need to get food they are not keeping their customers safe.
