Deep Dive…
I recently completed the Deep Dive 4-Day Online Course with Alasdair, it gave me really valuable insight into the property business.
The course did require focus and commitment (it is a deep dive), but that’s also why it felt worthwhile. I came away with practical insights, a clearer understanding of the subject matter, and a lot to reflect on afterward.
If you’re considering this course and are willing to properly show up for the four days, I’d definitely recommend it. It delivers what it promises.

Fast, intense & hugely informative
Alasdair's knowledge & experience are second to none in my opinion. Over an intensive but entertaining 4 night course he covered all aspects of setting up a property sourcing business. I learnt so much and will absolutely use the information provided. I would love to partner with him and his team but cost is currently an obstacle to this. My own rent comes first. I was fired from my job recently but actually I'm not hating on them even if it caused me huge difficulties, that decision of theirs was possibly the best thing that could have happened to me, I will make sure of it.

The online property Bootcamp is absolutely fantastic and is so valuable.
Alasdair goes through the process of building a system and covers everything required to have a solid base including strategy, sales, sourcing deals, packaging, using AI and so much more. I’ve just completed four days of intensive property training with Alasdair Cunningham, and it genuinely changed how I approach property investing.
This wasn’t about hype or unrealistic promises. What stood out most was the focus on operator mindset — urgency, accountability, cashflow control, time management, and building real systems. The emphasis wasn’t just on finding deals, but on creating the structure to scale consistently.
One of the biggest lessons for me was around urgency. Without it, even capable people stall. Alasdair makes it clear that clarity comes from action, not overthinking — and that resonated strongly. The SCALE framework (Systems, Collaborators, Acquisitions, Leverage, Execution) provided a practical blueprint for building something sustainable rather than just chasing the next opportunity.
The training was direct, grounded, and focused on real-world application. If you’re serious about building a scalable property business rather than just dabbling, this course sharpens your thinking and forces you to operate at a higher level.
