I wish that there is someone who would go and visit to check if we are fully maximizing the use of the equipment or its features. I know there more than what we are currently using. It's just that my only time to call them is when I'm in the office and I need to be in the house to do it. It's a bit frustrating.

The alarm company is great only issue I have is they don't issue bills you can call in every month after they have taken there money out of your account or off your credit card for a receipt there is no warning of how much they are taking. I think they could improve on this, I feel they should at least be able to send all of there customers at the very least a statement each month before they take there money . . . How can one know if they are invoicing correctly???
